    Aye so I've got my own starter, and I make flatbreads sometimes for lunch which are made in 10 minutes and have a decent amount of the raw starter chucked in them. I'll make some of them today. Good shout in the kimchi. Got to be nicer than the sauerkraut I made. I mean it's fine, it's fucking fermented cabbage, it's probably not meant to taste like dairy milk.

    Finally off the antibiotics here on Saturday. Thought I'd take some probiotics to repair my gut and have been up for 2 hours during the night with insane stomach pains. Googled it and apparently it's a thing when you start on probiotics. So fuck them, I'll just eat homemade sourdough and I made some disgusting sauerkraut over the Christmas so I'll pile into that as well.
