  1. Except for his passing never making a team mate and being caught out of position and slow as fuck, yeah great game so far.
  2. I've been cutting the Christmas episode of the show I'm currently working on and now I cannot get this song out of my head.
  3. Always wanted to name a Scottie that but you end up just shortening it to Mac and it's not as interesting.
  4. No, up around 0500 most days but don't allow myself to log in until later, for fear of posting something more stupid than usual.

If those things are operational and constantly churning out 3GW of power before 2040, I'll let you eat your hat. Elon thought he'd have Mars colonised by now and no number of press releases, actually makes it true.

You'd think and hope but that's not how the world works anymore. Seeing we are of similar vintage, I don't think either of us will ever see benefits from it, especially financially, in our lifetime. The true game changers is in batteries being able to store renewable energy with more efficiency, requiring less resources and of course, without any of those funds going to the cunt called Elon.

That's all great but as I said currently there isn't one in operation in the world. I'd love a flux capacitor for my De Lorean but as it stands they are the realm of fiction. https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2023/nov/09/small-modular-nuclear-reactor-that-was-hailed-by-coalition-as-future-cancelled-due-to-rising-costs

It the current playbook for the right wing cunts here as their anti renewables push. Currently there is not one example working in the world. And the costs associated with power generation, if one actually did work, is 2 to 3 times the costs to generate the same power from a renewable source. Pipe dream of the Trumps, Farages, potatohead Dutton and other climate change denier cunts.
  11. Not having a go at you, just posting some thoughts and advice - you are welcome to do with them what you would like.
  12. It's bigger than that. With Wood type strikers there is no use playing inverted wingers because on the rare occasion they do cross the ball, it is swing out from the striker and much harder ball to finish with a header. Forest don't play inverted wingers and that plays to Wood's strengths. TBH that is probably EH's biggest weakness, he plays players to his system, instead of a system to suit the players he has, often negating the players natural strengths.
  13. You'd think there would be less tightness if that was the case. He's just old and made of glass.
  14. Not a hope in hell. EH is about players that die for the cause. Those sort of flair players are best when they are all about themselves and that would kill Eddie.
  15. Monique, you really need to let this shite go. Gordon, on his day, which last season was more often than not, can be the best player on the pitch. ASM, on his day, which was very seldom, could also be the best player on the pitch but you know what? It was not even close to being often enough. Personally I don't think Maxi likes playing football very much, he has other stuff that he really wants to do but he's a decent footballer and it pays a great wage and it will pay him more than enough that when he retires he will be able to spend the rest of his life designing and manufacturing his versions of Dungeons and Dragons, which is his true passion. ASM could have dug in like a tick if he really didn't want to go but as you've pointed out $300k a week, tax free, is a lot of money for someone whose passion lies elsewhere. Gordon is important to the team you support, so maybe, just maybe, remember that and be supportive, opposed to being combative about this rivalry you've made. I doubt Gordon or ASM feel this way about each other. And before you start in on Gordon's form this season, I'm of the thought that what happened over the summer, so being picked for England and then being made watch from the bench while plodders play plus the red scouse rumours have affected him badly. I also wouldn't be surprised if someone, Southgate, his staff or another player, has told him that playing for Newcastle will get him no where, which would also not help.
