One of our top managers apparently worked for the first company to ever sack someone over Facebook use. He started sending friend requests to loads of random plebs so one of the lower grade managers reported him to HR I have worked with some morons though, one had her manager on facebook but still spent every weekend (including Sunday nights) going on about being 'soo stoned' or 'sooo drunk' then would come into work and fall asleep at her desk. This was brought up with her so she went to the Drs because she couldn't work out why she was so tired all the time
