Why do people keep bringing up Dubravka ffs. He deputized for the injured Pope didnt he a couple of years ago and he was absolute dog shit, couldn't save anything thrown straight at him and we dropped a ton of points as a result of it. He does look good on his day and of course he's had some good games for us but that run eroded any confidence I had in him and probably Howe's too. I'm on the Ramsdale bandwagon. I don't know if he's as good as shot stopper as Pope but I doubt the differential would be anywhere near that of their ability with feet. Give him a chance.

Only reason I'd give Lascelles some time is because of the 3 upcoming games in 7 days. Burn does need a rest and Schar is concussed. Botman needs to be managed very carefully given his injury problems. So it's more caution that disrespect to the opposition. I suppose if Burn feels okay Howe might start him and take him off after 45-60 minutes if we're doing ok. We'll find out soon enough.
