If that happens and demand starts dropping off, that’s when they’ll look to make a change, that’ll also be way before they stop selling out, and as long as the team’s doing well “not selling out” is highly unlikely. Admittedly being a bit devil’s advocate here but complaints won’t do much. I have a complaint, it was a nightmare to use the ticketing system. Did you get a ticket in the end yes or no: Yes - So What’s the problem, if we had a super slick system lots of people who couldn’t be arsed to persist with the old system might then get a ticket and you won’t. No - lots of people didn’t get a ticket and even if we had a one click super system, lots of people still won’t get a ticket. At the end of the day people just want to get a ticket with nee hassle, there’s not a system in the world that’ll deliver that (apart from a ST), because demand hugely outstrips supply so there’ll be lots of disappointment to go round no matter what’s in place.

Club ticketing system is shite, but they manage to sell all the tickets. People who didn't get tickets complain. Upgrade system and they'll sell all the tickets but in a "better for the user" way. People who didn't get tickets complain. Second option costs money, if I'm the club I'm saying fuck that.
