"For a minute there it looked like injuries had cost us points again, like they have all season. But Glenn Roeder being the big man, has stood up all his life, and luckily Tayls popped up with the winner - no other manager would have done better with all those injuries I've had this season" -

So we won't win the UEFA Cup, but I'm confident we'll survive relegation. -

Has Vaughan's run count for the tournament got into double figures yet? -
Inter tbh.

Play a bit of football, but I'm a bit rubbish tbh. Usually play right-wing (by default), but could do a job up front, and can fill in right-back if needs be, but will need to be shouted at constantly to stay in position. Got a bit of pace and height, but I generally miss most headers I attempt.

No wait, fags are all evil and are going to rot in hell. Now I remember...

Granted you will find twisted morons such as the family in question, but in what way do they represent "most" Christians? It represents misinterpretation of religious teachings if anything. I for one am certainly totally opposed to them and I sure anyone with any sense is too. Under what position are you to make generalisations about what most Christians are like? Now, everyone in the world will what is considered "sin", but that says nothing about the people as a whole. By writing "very un-christlike", it implies you mean virtually the opposite. How many Christians would you say you know and how many must one know to make such a sweeping generalisation? uh oh it's the God Squad. You're as bad as them... fucking zealots the lot of you. Coming over here declaring our ways evil and wrong and stuff! and here's me in the corner, losing myreligion. you're a bunch of bastards and I hold you in contempt It doesn't matter. I love each and everyone of you.

Well it's what you get when you have a clueless manager.

I agree and think it's ridiculous that someone with a fantastic goalscoring record is still considered rubbish. Then add up all the assists he makes and only then can you see what a fantastic contribution he makes to Chelsea. I'd rather that than someone who works his socks off but brings little to the team in terms of end-product. That said, I would still play Gerrard over him, as he simply has the potential to add much more to the team. Lampard's probably been better for his club this season though.
-
Granted Ameobi isn't anything special, but it's an undeniable fact he's played very well in the last year - at least far better than Beattie has anyway. You're talking nonsense sadly.
-
Didn't exactly 'work' tonight either though did it? At least one of them (the better player) excelled, as he managed to score a couple of goals. Not that a player like Gerrard scoring twice againsts the monsters of Andorra is anything spectacular.

Maslinga takes four wickets in four balls, but Safrica still win with one wicket remaining. Now that's the sort of finish matches need. -
3-0 actually... but your point still stands. At least there are some positives - Gerrard, Nugent's debut, the slight possibility of McClaren realising Lampard and Gerrard don't work together in central midfield...

Roeder: No one could have done better than me!

Roeder, honest as always, never making excuses. -
Unsurprisingly, footballing expert Alan Hansen sticks up for his chum McClaren, by saying he "hadn't done much wrong" - the Beeb pundits really are stupid.

Not watching as I don't have Sky, but can't say I'm too bothered. Going out in a few minutes anyway.
-
True, could have been a far worse signing. Not a patch on Shola though tbh.

come to think of it I was the best "spin bowler"in my primary scholteam but other schools would not "play" with a girl in the eam so got hoyed oot Hardly fair... how competitive was the cricket? We just played kwik cricket competitions, and we had to have girls in our team... always won them too.
-
Cricket. Pretty quick bowler. Lots of bounce.

Seeing as Israel will beat us to Euro 2008, we might as well just not bother with the qualifying and lose all the games, so everyone can see how rubbish Steve The Magnificent is, and he gets sacked as soon as possible.
