  1. I wouldn't mind that if they gave us £12 million for it.
  2. That wouldn't work tbh - there would still be a lot of bad feeling.
  3. sorry, it was pretty tough to tell but thought I'd go ahead with it anyway. Most of my responses were lighthearted.
  4. He's had one, and look how brilliantly he's done. No. Why should I? Fear not though, read a few more posts here and you'll hopefully see the truth about his managerial ability. Bless. Not really - done okay for his first season, but any decent manager would get so much more out of him. Been dreadful recently too. Yeah he could have just not signed him (and signed someone else) - might have helped. We hardly needed Ishim. I've seen little evidence of this. Source? Would love to, but it's pretty hard to have faith in Roeder. Eh? Hasn't he already left? He lost my support ages ago - there's absolutely no reason to support him. I'd rather fans remained on his back while we continue to play rubbish so he resigns, if he is not sacked.
  5. Aye, can you imagine fans going to SJP week in week out to watch any rubbish football?
  6. Love the picture of Bramble standing still in the background - sums him up tbh.
  7. I must say, Shearergol is a very respectable guy and he's got it spot on.
  8. Leave Glenn alone, he's a nice man and look at all thos injuries he's had !!!11!one
  9. Hopefully the players perform a lap of honour afterwards to rapturous boos. Tbh I just can't wait until this season's over. Won't be going to Watford next week as I really don't care.
  10. Bramble... what a fecking awful player.
  11. We already proved that we can sign world class players when we bought the 6th best player in the world on Obafemi Martins. Who was that, and for what reasons was he on Obafemi Martins for?
  12. I wouldn't be surprised to see Kaka here because after all we are a massive club and have great fans, and that's obviously all that counts. Might even add Ronaldinho into the mix.
  13. Bolton's style of play may not be beautiful, but they could be far worse to watch - I mean, they could easily be as bad as Newcastle United are under Glenn Roeder...
  14. Solano's done well at right-back, but he has at times often looked defensively suspect. He certainly knows how to play right-back though, and it annoys me pretty much every game commentators always say Solano's playing out of position.
  15. Unlike the other comeback boy. Nice to see Shola hasn't lost his very unique touch for: - being offside almost constantly. The one time he wasn't it was by luck. - giving away needless fouls when we are in dangerous possessions. - and of course still having no spatial awareness. Jumping for the ball as it flies 3 feet above his head. Twat. Nah, you don't have a personal agenda against him - you just don't rate him as a footballer. Different things after all. He actually is a twat though. He actually expressed his belief that he could make the world cup squad last year to the media. Self belief is important, but such a poor player going to the media with something like that is just making a twat of yourself TBH! Okay, maybe a bit deluded, but that's different from being a "twat". It's good to see one of our players actually confident for once, whether he looks a bit foolish or not. Anyway, it's his first game back and that's not an excuse. It's common knolwedge players will look a bit rusty on their return and you know that - hence why you never whined endlessly when anyone else on our team returned from injury and wasn't a perfect player.

  17. He played quite well, but didn't look to happy. He did however look stockier, as did Shola, which is pleasing to see.
  18. Well then, I hope we're all looking forward to another year with the legend of Glenn at the helm.
  19. Actually it was a bit more than just a fart on the coast, near where the epicentre was, as many buildings had lots of damagae and had to be evacuated. Come to think of it I've got a friend who lives further away than I do who was drinking heavily last night, and he certainl wasn't happy when he woke up.
  20. It was hardly an earthquake tbh. I live about 15 miles away from it. Felt my bed shake a little but was barely awake so not thinking clearly and didn't really wonder what it was. Just ignored it and went back in bed then went to play football later and heard people talking about it and it was only then I realised there were some tremors... It only lasted a couple of seconds for me and was very soft. Barely a fart when you compare it to Kobe for example.
  21. It's got to be Martins really for those goals and also assists. Even he could do far better I'm sure though. The best player performance wise given the ability of the player would have to be out of Milner and Butt though.
  22. You could argue Everton have stuck by Moyes. Coppell must have had a few critics, and Sheff Utd have definitely stuck by Warnock. Charlton stuck with Curbishley for 15 years and they've hardly set the world alight this season, but in the last 10 or so years they barely progressed tbh.
