Don't see what van Nistelrooy did wrong tbh.
-
Same here. To be fair to him, a lot of it is probably out of his control. Let's face it, the media would love to see him back at Liverpool and won't miss an opportunity to remind the footballing world that we weren't his first choice. 133670 Definitely. Annoys me when the papers (more often that not The Times) have been banging on about how he'd be desperate to return "home" and that fact that there is this £12 million get-out clause, making it difficult for Newcastle to sell him. I wish they'd shut up and accept Owen will stay.

There's no need to start panicking now...

Hey I'm part Chinese... and my eyes apparently look it, even though I think I look as English as they come. I could see that easily enough before anyway, which means I'm fine when it comes to sex.

With him it's always time to feel sorry for ourselves, knowing as it's always the referee/training pitch/lack of lady luck's fault.
-
Yeah there's standby: Standby: Scott Carson (Liverpool), Luke Young (Charlton), Nigel Reo-Coker (West Ham), Jermain Defoe (West Ham), Andy Johnson (Crystal Palace)
-
Don't worry, I agree with both your points, I was just adding some logic. Still, I'm completely puzzled really.

Superb choice to take Lennon instead of SWP in my opinion. Walcott is a very strange choice though. 133491 Why does it have to be Lennon ahead of SWP!? How about why SWP's hasn't been picked ahead of Heargreaves or Jenas? & not even there in stand-by? 133496 Because they are centre-mids, and SWP is a winger.

Ah, I think that's to do with how well he playes for Bayern Munich..
-
Beyond a joke tbh.
-
If he really is that good, you'd expect him to have at least been near the France squad previously.
-
Why does everyone want him? He's not that good imo.

No reserve keeper? We need to get some shots on goal then. It's certainly seeming to be more do-able! 132864 Pidgely is the reserve keeper you spoon! 132866 I meant can anyone else play in goal should Pidgely get injured? We might see Glen Johnson in goal again! I'll bet Cudicini hates playing at SJP now, second time he's been injured there in as many games! 132867 He got sent off last time, no? Cracking save from Johnson also.

No strikers for Chelsea.
-
Premiership's best right-back? Who was foolish to vote for him then?
-
It's very easy to remember players on their reputation from previously. I reckon though if he stays consistent for another season, people will notice the improvement.
-
Just wondering how many goals he's actually scored this season? Think he's scored twice in the league - took him ages to get off the mark. Personally, I think Ronaldinho would be a decent signing. Eto'o a reliable replacement for Shearer too.
-
Get well soon Sir Bobby.
-
Well done Freddy for trying to convince us all that O'Neill was first-choice for the job, and that we were ready to unveil the new manager situation by the end of the season, hinting someone already had the job. Next thing you know, he's involved in a desperate attempt to get our caretaker manager a job, because he can't attract anyone else.
-
I'd rather play Carrick to be honest. 132296 I would too - think he'd add more to the team with his passing range, and also Parker would have a rough time with those referees.
-
Give Souness a second chance then? After all FFS likes his easy options.
-
It is the truth.
-
Kieron Dyer would be happy then.
-
Can't wait tbh.

It's not as if he's a manager doing well with a rubbish side. They've got some great players, and are on paper way better than 15th best in the league.
