Didn't you meet the 7 challenger astronauts on the way down Rob?
-
I've known you long enough to know that's a promise and not a threat....

Watch it again but instead of focusing in on him, look at everyone else in the office with your peripheral vision... The unified 'prairie-dogging' when he kicks off is hilarious...

Jesus you'd be late for your own funeral Fish....

Am not arsed about my ban being revoked. At 30, I'm too old for that board these days. Anyway my Shola Ebola effort, an idea inspired by Parky. Lola He's got the shittest first touch in land, I wish he'd contract swolen glands and ebooooooooola, la la la la Shola, la la la la Shola Almost identical lyrics and the same tune to what several of us were singing at the top of our voices one night in Gotham Town about 18 months back.... I seem to remember Jimbo and 2J were leading the chorus You're shitting me Jimbo?

Rather than suing the "club you love"? No point in repeating myself. No because you were wrong. Cast iron argument....

If you're referring to the match in 1987 then I concur... Could easily have been a Hillsborough situation.

Surely 'I predict a riot' would have been better?

Triggy at work I presume.... (impressive none-the-less)

And the fire axe through the photocopier?

That thought did cross my mind... Ahh well, the principle's the same. Oh and Triggy, maybe I am wrong about the spicy stuff but obviously not the first-time pass argument, am i? you are right i passed first time but you are wrong about how i think i'm better than people that took longer. e.g. if a person fails because of going through a red light or something minor i wouldnt say they are a bad driver but if someone knocks a mirror off a parked car i'd say yes i am a better driver. e.g. one of my mates took 4 tests to pass and he failed one because he went up on the curb so fast the instructor made him get out to make sure he hadn't popped the tyre. so yes i would say i'm a better driver than him i think you missed my point some time ago... S'pose you've never put a foot wrong behind the wheel, have you... correct Have you ever gone through a light on red? Seeing as you seem to advocate it as a 'minor'....

I disagree with you there. He had such a good relationship with the fans BECAUSE he understood them. He would say what he felt and told us the truth. If he feels we don't have a right to know what happened in order for him to take a payout from the club then I'd argue that greatly tarnishes his reputation. Of course he feels that he was mistreated by Ashley, but over the last few months, he's not been giving us the whole story and now he's not saying anything. If and when the club is sold, he would more than likely have been reinstated on a good salary. Now it seems he's more concerned about this payout. I wouldn't be surprised if he finds it harder to walk back into the club than he may have thought. He still owes the club nothing. Thanks largely to him, we're a Premiership outfit with a 52,000 all seater ground and have enjoyed the good times for the past 15 years. What does he owe us? An explanation? That'll come in time - those who thought he'd hit the press immediately and speak up are very naive. He'll talk... eventually, but IMO it'll be longer than the 12 months it took him to talk the last time he left the job.

Yes...he should take us for every penny he can get. He deserves it after all. Ruud Gullitt was such a mug for not getting hsi fair share of the NUFC cash cow really. People praised Gullit for walking away with nothing and slaughtered both Souness and Allardyce for hanging around for massive pay offs, but because it's Keegan they think he should take the club for every penny he can get. Laughable. No.. it's not because it's Keegan it's because of the terms of his employment. It could have been anybody in his position and I'd still maintain they'd have a right to follow the legal path. The three names you mentioned all left on the grounds that they were not good enough. Keegan left for entirely different reasons. Doesn't change the fact that Gullitt could have screwed us for cash if he wanted. He didn't because of his pride and honour. I will always respect him for that if nothing else. And it doesn't change the fact that he left because he was shit, NOT because he was not allowed to work under the terms of his employment. Yes I have respect for Gullit for not going for compensation, but the two situations are hardly comparable.

And your cock hasn't dropped off yet?

Haven't they started that door narrowing exercise yet?

When my Dad was managing a building society he sold mortgages to Michael O'Neill, Tommy Wright and Lee Clark amongst others..

Sounds like food poisoning or gastroenteritis. I had the latter when I was 15... still gives me nightmares now, I barely had any energy to move, could only get comfort from laying in bed yet had to get to the bathroom quicker than Usain Bolt. it's a living hell that one.

You've always been able to get them in our work canteen and vending machines. Have you ever bothered to check the sell by dates? The things they'll do to keep doctors and nurses in work...

I think he's every right to take legal advice. He owes the club nothing and their previous statements (before he walked) combined with what was said since he went has confirmed that he wasn't being allowed to work within the terms of his employment. some people seem to be labouring under the mis-aprehension that he shouldn't sue for fear of damaging the club. He has a right to do so IMO.
