Two signs on the Gallowgate, a banner lying in the middle of the pitch and the fucking electronic advertising boards all advertising that bloody brand. Surely they can't stop fans who want to sing congregating there? Unless they move the away fans back to the corner or just leave it empty? The singing section has been such a successful idea that I can't see fans just finding another area to take over and use.

What a fucking game That's what being a Newcastle fan is about. Not your tinpot trophies, not your megamoney signings, it's watching your team snatch victory (well, almost) from the jaws of defeat and vice versa. Our fans were immense today. Very few left up in Level 7 and the whole stadium was bouncing in the second half. Tiote and Barton drove us in the second half. The sooner we can get those two together in the middle of the park the better.

I'm not sure what people were expecting. You can't hoy a young, inexperienced lad into a team having a bad game and expect him to excel. He was poor, but no worse than anyone else. I think I'll wait until the lad has been given a proper chance before I write him off.
