You`re sooooooooooo narrow-minded it`s scary. Have you ever left your own backyard?...............it`s 2008 you know! explain? guess it's all done to the argument that you shouldn't be able to just choose a team to support really, it should be in the blood. Which is idiotic. You can choose what tv you watch and what you buy in a shop regardless of where they come from..................so why not choose your team? Football went global a long time ago and will continue to go that way and will leave hillbillies behind. It`s a funny thing that such narrow-minded people think it`s not ok to support a club that is not "local".................................yet the same clowns love to dign "foreign" stars and play in Europe. Without our legions of foreign supporters we`d be a small time backwater club like Everton, who, would never want "out of towners" at their games but still think their a big club Just you wait until Stevie gets here Personally, I think supporting a club miles away from where you live is a cop out. You have no idea of the support, the history or the relevance this club has the the local people. I probably wouldn't mind as much if you saw people born in bred in Manchester strolling around in Blyth Spartans gear but you don't. 99.9999999% of the time clubs are chosen by people at the other end of the country purely for success.

Am I missing something? Sums what up? Someone who dares to live south of the Tyne and support Newcastle, even though I was brought up supporting Newcastle by my family. It's fine though, as Stevie sums up the word "Cunt" for me.

what the fuck is the BCC http://blackcatchat.net Got set up after the SMB got taken down and threatened with legal action after saying some of their players were on the sniff. It's used as a refuge for al the good posters who got banned for pathetic reasons.
-
People are forgetting one major thing.... We're flush
-
All the good posters from the SMB have moved over to BCC.

Concurred, especially after the jip that was being handed out when he first came in about it all being behind Keegan's back. I think a lot of it is down to Vetere and Jiminez too, but it's all very professional and the early indications are that it's going to reap the rewards.

-The aforementioned 4-1. -The 1-0n at their place a few years back (Solano penalty) just for the last minute goal which got ruled out. They must've felt sick. -2-0 at St. James' for the sheer fact we played for 25 minutes (Bellamy's 83 second start) then trundled along in 2nd gear for the rest of the game.

I don't think there is any doubt that Boris Yeltsin choreographed this'un

http://readytogo.net/smb/showthread.php?t=322095 They don't like it up 'em, especially not after all the time they spent moaning about Mike Riley having a vendetta.

the Derby Match was 2-2. We beat Spurs 3-1 and drew 1-1 with Boro, we should have beat Blackburn (Boro too i suppose) They are just making things up The first three are who Pompey lost to. Nee idea what the Derby reference is though.

I do think Jones is a major threat and a player who can cause a tonne of problems on his day but I can't help get the feeling Keane will play a 451 to try and run the midfield leaving him to chase long balls all day.

Ryts. Just wait until you hear my disjointed version of Seven Nation Army

That NUFC-Forum is cringeworthy and I can imagine some of N-O being as high as kites but certain people of the SMB are scraping the barrel with the "Delusional bastards! They think they might score a goal against us!!1!1!1!!1"

Can I be a groupy/really shite guitarist?
-
Wont be a patch on his effort against Liverpool
-
We very nearly won and Sunderland got beat in their fixture at Fratton park. Same Pompey who are in the FA Cup final Same Pompey who've only been beat three times at home this year in all competitions.

I love reading Ready to go. They hate our optimism. I suppose they have so little of it themselves. The problem is that until the City match the general consensus over there was that they were going to give us a fucking hiding I also love the way they've taken to talking down our recent results. They weren't best pleased last night when I pointed out Dave Kiston of "toothless Reading" had scored more goals than they're very own £40 million man Kenwyne Jones It's romantic optimism for them, yet pigheaded delusion for us. Funny that.

I hope you get better Craig. I remember when I had a lumpy ball scare which I put off and put off and put off getting checked out until I had far too much to drink one night and turned into a bubbling mess through sheer fear. I went and it turned out to be nothing thankfully. I'm falling to bits myself at the minute. I've had what seems like really bad heartburn for a couple of days now and it isn't subsiding. I've taken some tablets for heartburn but it's done nothing apart from dull the sensation for an hour or two. This also comes on top of a few weeks worth of utterly foul smelling shits (Usually I like my own brand but these are something else) so I get the feeling my bowels and stomach aren't having the best of times. Of course, being the bloke I am i'm trying to put off going to the Docs but i'm beginning to think I should

What, exactly, does this reprazent? I think it's where we lie in the form table. A top half finish would do me next year but considering Everton are the only side who have been anything near consistent this season (Showing how shit the Premiership is) I could see us finishing 6th or 7th.

The drugs are a factor in my lowered sympathy for the lass - on the other hand if people's idea of dealing with death was anywhere near the bloke's level then there would be "Bridgends" galore everyday - how do thousands cope all the time without this wonderful professional support? It is sad if he could have been helped and wasn't but overall I stand by my view. That's the wonderful thing about being human - people cope with different things in different ways and we're not all identikit morons. Now I can't possibly imagine what it's like to find someone you love being boiled alive in a bath and then being arrested on suspicion of having something to do with it but i'm willing to hazard a guess that all level headness and logic goes out of the window. But then maybe my opinion on the whole situation is sullied by the fact he was never off kids TV when I was younger so I probably give more of a toss about it than some people on here.

It was Neil Buchanan with one of those huge pencils.

I'd have been much happier if he replaced bastards with the stereotypical cockney "Slaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaags"
