The injuries to Barnes and Anderson are unpredictable, and Barnes could have eased the strain on Wilson and Isak. Anderson could have played on the left allowing Gordon or Barnes to play centrally. I don't think we got the recruitment wrong necessarily, I just think we've been incredibly unlucky with injuries this season. Maybe recall Minteh, or sign some journeyman striker on a short term deal (Like we did with Wood) and the pressure is eased on both of them. Sign a young 3rd choice striker who can get minutes in the cups and from the bench to preserve Wilson and Isak, then hopefully move Wilson to 3rd choice and the young kid to 2nd.

He's migrated from the mask and 5 litres, to the nasal cannula and 2litres, still hitting 95%. Which is great. He's gonna need to hit 92 without any oxygen, for a sustained period (could be 24hrs) before they let us go home. He's even hitting 95% while asleep which is better than expected.

What has happened to this place? Holden is using statistical analysis? Wykiki is optimistic?

Well, he's still on oxygen, but he's a lot more like himself. Sounds like they'll want him off oxygen for a full 24hrs though, which probably means he'll not be out of here until Friday at the earliest. We've been in the paediatric ward since Sunday afternoon. Been pulling the night shift with the little fella. Poor kid can't maintain >92% O2 without the mask. Got some kind of chest infection. He's fucking bored and fed up. She's up a height, feeling guilty about leaving. Got 2hrs kip this afternoon, probably get the same tomorrow.

Welcome back Dan, I'm knackered, had to take the little man to A&E yesterday. He has shallow breathing and GP said his oxygen levels were too low. Was at the hospital from 3 till around 10. Its some kind of viral infection. We have to give him an inhaler every 4hrs, even when he is asleep. So stress, and wake ups means he's all over the shop, the wife is all over the shop, and my normal zenlike state is developing some cracks. Looking forward to a day of kids tv, inhaler battles and arguments with Mrs Fish. If we don't win at Bournemouth whoever started the match thread will be in trouble. So help me god.

That's true enough If Dortmund beat Milan, and PSG only get a point from us (even though they have a 100% record at the Parc des Princes). The table would look like; Dortmund 10 PSG 7 Milan 5 NUFC 5 Dortmund would have qualified with a game in hand. PSG just need a point. We'd have to beat Milan, and Milan would have to beat us to be in with a shout of qualification. Who would we have back by 13th Dec?

I'm not sure we do. I don't think we will beat PSG in Paris, and even if we beat Milan, we'd be on 7pts, behind PSG and Dortmund (on head to heads).
