trouble is that those kids could become as clearly unhinged and spread the insanity.. the trouble is that if she believed in Aliens with such vehement rage she'd be dismissed as a kook. it's people like that which terrify me, she is one convincing sermon away from strapping a bomb to a car and blowing up a synagogue or mosque, she is afterall a spiritual warrior... and they are "Dork Sided".. I hope that I never scare my kids the way that woman terrified her own. I can understand you defending your faith, it is yours afterall, but this isn't faith, this is religious zeal, the likes of which we would normally identify as typical of the Islamic faith. She's more narrow minded than those of us who decry all forms of religion, cetainly more dangerous. I can teach any children I have morals and ethics, without imposing my belief or lack thereof. That way they can (if they choose) take a religion when they are at the age to make such a decision, based on their interpretation and knowledge, rather than simply fgollowing in their fathers footsteps.

West Wing, Sopranos, 24 are all outstanding; great writing, high acting standard, all have the same fast pace that draws you in. American comedy is also coming on leaps and bounds, from improv-comedy like Curb, animated series like american Dad and Family guy to Satirical news shows like the Daily Show with John Stewart Smallville is good.. but a little less like a drama and a little more like a teen-sci-fi-thing... same category as Buffy, Angel etc. Hate Sex in the City, Desperate Housewives, O.C., one tree hill and so on and so forth.

... that trailer looks awesome. it's notable that some of the best recent movies have been from Comics. Batman Begins, Sin City, Xmen 1&2, Spiderman, admittedly The Hulk couldn't have been worse. But I reckon that's more due to the fact the Hulk as a character is very limited. The point is that Comics might be more and more tasters of what is to come to the big screen, they will be less ridiculed by people who think that they're for kids and kids alone.

best advice a mother ever gave her son "Don't take your guns to town son, leave your guns at home Bill" sounds like you've dealt with it fine. but I would have been sorely tempted to take your neighbour who witnessed it along with you while you settled it with the parent... but that'd probably just have escalated ill-feeling between your and her. push comes to shove you know your boy can take him, so in an inter-family feud you've already got the upper hand

How would you define the Harmonica based, stompy msuic? whats the name of the genre? is it just a Blues offshoot? or is it something else entirely? cheers in advance

what was that website that proffered similar tracks to your first submission. it was on here, not so long ago, but I can't find it. basically I want to find some Harmonica music, the feet stomping kind, rather than lonesome wistful sort. erm... rocks.....

at least we haven't taken these atrocities to be the norm yet. I still blame the parents, more and more it seems parents expect the establishment and organisations to take responsibility for their children.

just caught Lump by Presidents of the USA on Radio1 and it reminded me how much I like the line "Lump tripped on a kiss and tumbled into Love". just wondering if there were other pretty average songs with lyrics which just caught your eyes? (ears, whatever) yes... I am bored

how long before the big studios realise the money that could be made from a Fat Les biopic?

I think it's insane to say you cannot compare players, irrespective of their position. John Terry is stronger than Ronaldinho. There ya go, just compared two players whose position, style and temperament couldn't be more different. Charlie has potential to eclipse Robert, but he hasn't the raw talent that Robert displayed. I don't remember Robert at N'Zogbia's age, so it's difficult to say whether or not Laurent was as hard working. It's also impossible for me to say whether or not that Left foot of Larry's came with age or whether it was as cultured as we recall, at the beginning of his career. Charlie has quick feet and this is probably why he is such an exciting prospect, as the tired old cliche goes, defenders do not like facing pace. Robert could stretch his legs and had a fair bit of juice, but Charlie seems to be at full speed far quicker, the way he scythed through the southampton defense to set up Dyer was electrifying. Robert's passing and shooting ability at Newcastle was undeniably outstanding and as yet, Charles hasn't shown similar ability to produce the spectacular. Give him time and I think he could become as refined as Bergkamp or Gianfranco Zola...maybe even Beardsley.

don't what ever you do, act nervous. They can smell fear, if you're even slightly concerned about getting the job they'll see it on you and dismiss you like so much whatever. but don't seem nonchalant.
