Felt the same about Birdman and Inarritu. I'd say The Revenant is his best since Amores Perros but it's not the great film it's being made out to be. It's pretty straighforward stuff.

I think it's completely impossible. We have been after him for years and couldn't get him when we were in much stronger positions so we have no chance now. As I say, at best it's just time wasting if we are trying for him. In our position I'm not convinced he'd be the best bet to save us either. I know they're more short term options but I'd rather see us sign Remy on loan or Charlie Austin as I'd be more confident they'd be able to hit the ground running than another young lad coming from France.

I don't know about the addon installer but without it, most of the addons (Genesis, Phoenix, Dexter etc) just update themselves whenever the developers push an update.

Do you ever remember player like him who is being linked with top clubs, ever signing for a club who are one of the favourites for relegation part way through the season? I could have bought into him signing in the summer but not now when we're clearly in the shit. And he's also well in with a shout of signing for someone who will pay him a lot more than us.

I think a clean set up was the key thing for me. The cleaner you have it, the quicker everything starts up and you can get watching. The more shit you have on there the more there is to update and longer it takes to load up.

Some (most) of the add ons update automatically others sometimes change what repository they're in so you need to make the change yourself (Dexter was one where this happened a few months ago). You don't need addon installer app to do any of this. I've not looked into the addon installer but on first glances I couldn't really work out the benefit of it so I just didn't bother going back to it. Actually this talk of updates reminds me of the other reason why I uninstalled the beast. Every time I started it up it seemed to take an age going through an update process with loads of the apps and I couldn't watch anything while it was doing this.

I'm not sure Stokes can play any other way tbh. I doubt he will try and smash every ball for six like he was doing on Sunday but he can't help but be positive.

A quick glance at a couple of websites will give you the new go to apps just as quickly as any build will and as I've said it takes you two minutes max to install them. I'm no IT genius but it really couldn't be simpler. But as I've said I'm not knocking anyone who wants to have something like the beast, I just didn't like it.

I think he's doing one called Ororo or something which just has TV shows. You have to sign up and you only get a couple of free episodes a day. I don't know if that's the one Tooj is on about but if it is, it obviously doesn't sound as good.
