They're all the same nationality you fool. This is the most simplistic definition of racism you doilum. Ant must be mixed race given his mother is catholic and his father prod then according to you. Do you understand the phrase "biological groups"?
-
If you were a normal person, you are a normal person, would you say that there's any racism here? I mean it's not even muddy water.
-
Yes but what you're referring too is sectarianism, what a dick head The clue is in the word race. "The republican race" oh dear. A clear present example of the fact ANYONE in life can get a 2:1
-
Racism? We're all white here, you pseudo-intellectual fuck wit of world wide proportions What a cunt.
-
I didn't even mention the side of the sectarian divide he's on. When Newcastle U19s played in Ballymena, he stood there and watched it with a lad from Derry who's related to the very echelons of republicanism anywhere (from Derry), hardly signs of a classic bigot. Just because someone classes themselves as Northern Irish, Ulsterman or British before "Irish", I'd hardly say it was massive evidence of bigotry. FFS I'm a catholic, I think if you're on either side of the divide surely it's the extremists you're going to "hate", rather than every day people? Anyway I won't mention Leazes again, I can't believe that someone who contributed so much to this board i.e. http://www.toontastic.net/board/topic/32324-the-day-the-promises-had-to-stop/ his book review has been banned forever. Perhaps if he didn't have "British and Proud" after all he was in the army, then perhaps certain admin would be less stoney about Leazes' status here.

Friend of mine is a member on here. Weldy. He's from Belfast, and his family are from the Shankill Road originally. Top top lad who has dispelled any pre-judgements I had about communities in Northern Ireland, he comes over for some home games. My real life mates love him as well when he's been out with us, sound kid, brilliant judge of character too. I've got something bad to say about nearly everyone but not him. I was talking to him tonight, we're sorting out a London away in the new year just haven't decided which yet, and he said this to me. "See that bloke "Leazes Mag" he talks sense, I can't see why anyone would ridicule him". I explained the fact that certain members are power mad, and that Leazes repeating himself pisses people off, led to his ban. He said well at least he writes with passion words to that effect, and he made a point to me about me. He said Stevie, you're different to people on these message boards because you're not a geek, and you're not stuck up. My initial reaction was to agree, but thinking about many of the people on here I thought it was a bit harsh, because there's many good kids who have intelligence but aren't geeky. Look at Alex, he's had more drugs than Mick Jagger. Your Newcastle fan in general will find Leazes endearing though, it's a crying shame that stubborn people won't give him one more chance, and treat him like a yank POW in Vietnam, prodding him with sticks through a bamboo cage. Comments of "he won't be unbanned while I have a say", show people up for exactly what they are imo.

Even if that's only 25% true it's still a great story.

Who's that doilum in the photo you put up on twitter? I recognise him big time but can't think from where.
-
He used to visit the Krays in jail, then he wrote a book about them called the geordie connection, mainly about him visiting them in jail. Obviously he was a bouncer too, but we've all done daft things. He used to play for a team in the same Sunday League as me, and he kicked me off the pitch a few times, when I was 19, and about 12st wet through, but we can all be wanks when we're young. I think in terms of twitter he comes across really well, he's 40 now and seems content with himself.

Just shows the lack of Christmas charity and christian forgiveness on this board. People who can't forgive and set their views in stone are the biggest cunts going. Forgiveness is what keeps the human race going. Without it we wouldn't last another 10 years.
-
He told me that if they made him admin you'd see big changes on here, the pleas seem to have fallen on deaf ears though. I agree with HMHM.

hmm Anzhi are probably going to win the Russian league. They're 3rd favourites to win the Europa League, and you will see Mike Williamson up against Samuel Eto'o, I think other than Atletico Madrid, it's the hardest game we could get, especially given travel etc... too.

How the fuck is David Villa going to Swansea? Staggering. Staggering. I can't think of a club as small as Swansea looking like they'll do a deal as this, like ever.
-
I was right on the corner flag front row in the direction you're pointing, you can hear and see me saying "fuck off Scholes" when he's taking a corner

You can only pull a cats tail so many times before it swooshes its' paws.

If my memory serves me rightly, see they'd taken the roof off the away end, but the supports that roof was held on were still there. So it was like a skeleton of a roof. This mad cunt climbed up one of the metal beams and up over the away fans 50 feet below. The metal beam he was sitting on was probably about 90 feet back to front and about 8 inches wide and he climed right in to the middle of it with nothing either side! I'd sure he was going to fall and die, but fuck me he balanced himself and watched the whole game up there. The fucking SAS would've applauded.
-
That was the only time I'd been to Goodison Park, that away end was almost below pitch level. My thoughts about what a wank club Everton are were formed that day.

The paper estimated there was 14,000 people in that queue. I wasn't one of the people, because it was 2 per person, me mate (who's now Old Bill) got there at 9pm and there was a thousand there then. The agreement we had was he'd get the 5th round tickets if I got the QF ones. They started selling the tickets about 430am if memory serves me rightly.

Killed in my opinion, actually killed. It's just an opinion and I hope no one kills him unless he's left us in his will, but if this was the late 80's the stunts he has pulled he'd actually have been killed, and fans offering support would've faced physical violence. I'll write part two a bit later if anyone is interested. Re "the Beardsley Stand", McKeag wasn't a millionaire even and showed ridiculous lack of ambition in the main but look at the facts. From May 1987-August 1988. We got £4.4m for Beardsley, Neil McDonald and Gascoigne. We paid £575k for Mirandinha, £850k for Beasant, £850k for Andy Thorn, £700k for John Hendrie, and £800k for John Robertson. PLUS the Milburn cost £4m. So in that time frame which I and 99.9% of others vilified McKeag for in transfer fees and stadium/transfers, £4.4m came in and £7.7m went out. As I say McKeag wasn't magnificently wealthy but that's a shortfall of £3.3m in a very short period of time. You couldn't claw it back from gate receipts. It was £4 for an adult then £2 for a child, and surely we were in some sort of debt, although being 9 and 10 at the time I don't honestly know. The issue of McKeag making it difficult for Hall is a completely separate one, but old mature Stevie (I think people who talk about themselves as the third party are wanks by the way) can look at McKeag in a different way and see he had our best interests at heart, and was no where near as bad as this arsehole who owns us now.

Fair play Parky, just you said Palace which is where the confusion arose. Palace were never in our league while Gazza was here, we played them in the cup like but that was at home, when he scored his best goal for the toon. You must've been young then eh? Spring 87 4/5/6?
-
I'll be honest. Cabaye is alright, but he's overrated. I'd take 15s no bother for him, IF it was ALL reinvested.
-
What's The Fish deein in there??
-
Were you a Tottenham fan as a kid like Parky? Gazza never played at Selhurst Park for Newcastle.

Whey there's similarities between here and communist Poland. Or even the polit bureaux in Rocky 4, because there was some canny cunts in the polit bureaux applauding Balboa's speech, and some mugs. The likes of Thompers and LM consigned to life in the salt mines.
