The best Sammy will be is a poor mans Ketsbaia, and that's a poor man. He has no idea what he's going to do when he gets the ball, seem many players like him down the years, looks alright rolling the ball under his foot like a fanny, but when you want him to deliver like a proper footballer i.e Shearer, there's little evidence he can. I could've scored that goal at Scunthorpe before anyone says it.
-
He beat four, and considering they had the seventh best defence in the league it's hardly worthy of ridicule. Spooned it? Put in a decent shot on his weaker foot.
-
Aye that was the game we lost 4-0. Amazed people are writing him off, the vast majority of people here haven't seen him play football for more than 3 hours. FACT.

Marveaux isn't a kid I think he'll be one of our best players though. The rest it's too early to judge Bigi, Abeid and Amal, may even be too early this time next year. Agreed Gosling is shite. Vuckic is far from shite, he's a technician he looks about 30 but he is in fact 19 years of age. He needs regular football, and there are not many footballers capable of what he did against WBA at home in the whole Premiership, he is far from shite, and if he doesn't do it here, he'll do it somewhere like Wolfsburg or Napoli mark my words. Fergie, the fleeting glimpses I've seen for the first team he's shown promise. He doesn't hide and has energy, he nearly scored a worldy at Stoke, I can't fucking remember when it was though. Tav, looks like he's got the biggest cock in the clubs history, and the jury is out but has shown promise. I saw him at Carlisle last season and he reminded me of Glen Johnson he was excellent. The one that baffles me amongst most toon fans is Sammy, he's a fancy dan with no end product, he'd be a canny five a side player, but my feeling is he'll find his level somewhere like Preston.

Well off the top of my head given the financial problems these clubs faced in the aftermath, by your reckoning all of these clubs had false achievement: Borussia Dortmund - Champions League Winners 1997 - False Achievement Rangers - SPL Winners 1999, 2000, 2003, 2005, 2009, 2010, 2011 - False Achievement Leicester City - League Cup Winners - 1997, 2000 - False Achievement etc... etc..... In fact given the fact Newcastle were a bigger club financially than Chelsea before Abramovic, and a bigger club than Man Ciy before the Arabs, you could say Chelsea's three league titles, four FA Cups and their Champions League, as well as Man City's BPL title, are all false achievement, but you wouldn't turn around and say aye Jose he won all those trophies, false achievement though because they were artificially supported and spending outwith their natural means.

I met Oliver loads of times, he was a lovely bloke, but he was too far up Shepherd's arse at the finish to command any sort of respect in a Newcastle sense. This Lee though, fucking what an aggressive arsehole. I think the job is too much for him when he can't take a bit of light hearted criticism reacting like a fucking child. "What do you know about journalism." Well I didn't train for 6 fucking years to become a journalist for one, and I bet if I had I'd be better than this bloke who can't differentiate between "here" and "hear". -

Newcastle's premier journalist, a bit of mild criticism, so he says I can't spell, so I show him examples where he can't, then he gets even more defensive saying I hate him, what the fuck is this bloke about?!?!?! I used to look up to journalists big time, but this is what they are today many of them. -

What is he on about pmsl I hope he's been drinking. He's saying I issued a threat?!?! Eh? Saying someone is a journalist and they can't spell does not equal a threat. -

he's criticising my spelling now, talk about emotional break down. -
That's like saying Rangers went bust because of Dick Advocaat. I don't think Harry's the one who held the purse strings like.

I was blocked for about a year but for some reason he unblocked me. Miles Starforth sorry, not Miles Dyson, he was the dark skinned computer geek in Terminator 2. -

I said to on twitter this morning, nice to see you stealing Miles' quotes (Miles Dyson of the Shields Gazzette had an exclusive with Viana and Ryder used them). It was just light hearted fun. He's been getting emotional all day, and he finally blew his top before there. The North East's premier journalist. -
I didn't know it was 5 star like. http://instagram.com/p/NtU_Abxtjs/ Look at all the comments off the foreigners "That city xxx"
-
Definitely, hard working, fast and proud. The club lost all of that between 2004 and 2009. SBR probably the finest human being in British footballing history, I hope he finds a cloud over NE1 every weekend when we're at home.

https://twitter.com/Njr92 Look at Neymar's last tweet The Hilton isn't 5 star is it? I'm surprised they didn't stay at Slaley Hall.

No you're right. However, there has been an instance nothing to do with LeazesMag, where common decency has been betrayed. You know who I'm talking about, the bloke is a wrongun. He deleted the offending post, he's a snidey disgrace and I won't forget it, embarrassing people (not me). The bloke is 50 years of age man. Now that goes beyond banter, or piss taking, the bloke is a CUNT, and I know people who know him they've all said he's a wierd pariah of a man.
-
Notice Gene_Clark deleted his post of 9:27am. Shithouse of a man on so many levels.

Exactly. I don't even use that function though, I just don't reply to people who make me think "this wank on again", it's pretty simple.
-
The board almost fails to function now with the loss of you, Jimbo and Billy, just so you know. In all seriousness and fairness toontastic losing those three is like British football losing Forfar Athletic, Stranraer and Aberdeen. Billy being Aberdeen because at least he had a history of doing some good on occasion. Billy left because of my comments about Steve Kean, I wasn't on the wind up, I find his treatment by the fans as being shocking to say the least, and his poor luck continued with Best fucking his knee yesterday. Football is a game of opinions, he couldn't take mine which says more about him than me. Jimbo, was part of the Trent Posse, didn't really contribute much to the football forum, and felt undermined when I was let back on two weeks after my suspension. Massively childish, nee loss anyway. ATP if he never posted again most people wouldn't notice, the only time I'd notice would be the missing defensive posts the next time there's a major terrorist atrocity.

No have you ever seen the scene from Raiders of the lost Ark in Egypt with Indiana Jones and the knife wielder? I'd just do that. The Kevin Myles reference is to do with his "breathtaking arrogance" line which he used about 200 times talking about Shepherd calling geordie women dogs. You used that phrase. I'm not dictating anything at all, why would you say that? Also if I feel like telling you to pipe down I will you stupid cunt. I'm not dictating, I'm conveying my view which is this. Would you rather have someone who posts 20 brilliant things and 200 things which irritate and annoy you, or nothing brilliant at all and nothing of note or interest even in an offensive sense. Personally I'd rather have the warts and all poster.

I will say JawD seems the type of bloke who is laid back, and almost unoffendable.

....and who won the Champions League? Whether you rate his achievement of winning the EL with Porto as bigger than anything Redknapp has achieved is up to you. Fulham and Boro got to the final of that competition. He took Portsmouth from the brink of division 3 to an established attractive Premiership team in 18 months. He did comparatively similar with Tottenham breaking the top four mould with a relegation bound bunch of under achievers. Man management is key in the Premiership, and I don't think he has it. Defensively Chelsea were an absolute joke under him, a side who have had one of if not THE best defence in Europe for many years. You're right about one thing he couldn't grasp the players weren't suited to the style he demanded they employ. He must've thought he'd cracked it early doors with their heavy wins but got found out against the better sides. Momentum is key, I think Tottenham will have a very similar start to what Arsenal did last season, only they won't claw themselves back in to it.
