Anyone would think am "Big Heck", you wouldn't even think I was fat if you see me. Just for me and what am used tee I am! Fat cunts can't do 2 hours on the cross trainer like certain members did last neet. -
it would be difficult to leave out dyer, shearer, speed, solano, robert, given, woodgate and bellamy - they would certainly compete for starting positions among the current lot. the backline looks stronger now but i don't think our forward play has been as exciting yet as it was around 2001-2003. we were an exciting and attractive side to watch back then. the current side is built more on solid foundations and hard workign pressing game. not a bad way to go and the tighter defence could mean the current team ends up to be more successful in the long term if the chairman supports the manager. the main difference though is this team hasn't achieved anything yet. they may well go on to be as good or better than the side from the early noughties. but there's still every chance it could go tits up as long as fatty is at the helm. The only ones of the people highlighted who would definitely DESERVE to be in the team I've highlighted. Dyer was excellent when he had a run of 15 games which was hardly EVER, Woodgate see Dyer plus he only came in mid way through 02/03. Shearer and Bellamy, Demba and Cisse, I'd rather have Demba and Cisse. Speed over Tiote?? Nee chance.
-
Nee competition between Robson's team and wors, and I disagree with people saying the midfield was better. People saying we come 3rd, the competition was shite, Liverpool were shite, Chelsea weren't that good. Stoke nuw would come top 4 in 2003.

You can't say that. You could say that about caveat and verbose if you're going to say that, but Alex is quite clearly a nice bloke. He's been at it again, this time with.......nihilistic I think I'll start reading The Guardian. Someone will know what it means. Either I've got a shite vocabulary or Alex has an outstanding one, probably a bit of both. I wouldn't care I got an A for GCSE English Language.

http://www.talkceltic.net/forum/showthread.php?t=110085&highlight=newcastle A quite hilarious thread. Apparently Celtic have more fans in England than Newcastle do. Like Ray Parlour trying to call someone ugly that thread.

He did as it happens, Wayne Routledge, Simpson and some Asian toon fan all faced the racist roar of the 28st Blakelonian. Shame he didn't start the suicide trend as well.
-
He lost a bit at Man Utd when he was expected to be more of an all round team player which involved holding it up a lot more, and he didn't really hit the toon heights again till he was with Dwight Yorke. His movement for us was the best I've ever seen though. I remember his debut for them against Blackburn, he was clean through after 30 seconds, and he fucked it up, I thought then he was destined to not be as good for them, but still 4 Premier League medal 2 FA Cups and a Champions League hardly point to the fact he was a disaster. Nah he wasn't a disaster by any means and his Prem goal tally alone is strong evidence to say I'm talking shite on the other hand, I have to acknowledge that or I'd be deluded. I think they've seen better since though-the all round game is massively important when you play at the level they do and probably one of the reasons Cantona didnt rate him that highly. Ah aye they've definitely seen better. I think Cantona was great but he was great in a league that was tactically and technically inferior to what it is today. I mean imagine him looking in the eyes of Justin Edinburgh and Jason Kundy, as opposed to Assou Ekoto and Ledley King for example. He was a great player though, Cole and Yorke were, Rooney is, but for me none of them come close to van Nistelrooy, one of the best strikers there's been in my life time. There must've been a major issue for Fergie to dump him.

9 guests reading this post. Hope it's not the "legal eagles" looking for something incriminating.

Misses a load of chances, 33 goals in 51 games, he must get loads of opportunities then that's all I can say. What idiots like Glenn Hoddle don't understand is people like Andy Cole, aye they miss chances, but they get far more chances than ordinary strikers due to their exceptional movement.

I saw that this morning. "Are you saying you refuse to go back" - "I go I go". The captain is supposed to be the last man on, he's obviously never seen Titanic. 4000 on aboard "fuck this where's the lifeboats"
-
You should add your twitter Carlos lots of Newcastle fans on there. Add me @nufcstevie

Agree, and well done all concerned, but I would like Pardew to removed his tongue from Ashley's clems. "Weww done to Mike oo sanctioned the deaw" Aye a quarter of the money he got in for Carroll. Well done Mike you fat prick.

Also the standard of the sides is better now I think, maybe not at the top cos Man Utd and Arsenal were so much better than anyone else, but genuinely 2nd to 7th there's not a vast chasm. Even Man Utd have scored 1 goal in 3 games against us, they hold no fear for us at this moment in time. I don't want to say too much because I don't want to be accused of being deluded, but this kid we've signed in my opinion will be our greatest buy for over a decade.
-
When would you say we last had a side this good Stevie? 1997. Our midfield was quicker in Robson's day, and we had Shearer and Bellamy but I guarantee we will get just as many goals, and the average age is great now.
-
I said on twitter that I'd have preferred Cisse to Demba Ba in the summer, both of them are on another level to Carroll, ALTHOUGH that's not to say I'd be against him coming back. Hand on heart I think our best eleven is now better than Arsenal and Liverpool, not fucking about, I believe it.
-
They all fucking moan about favouritism within their offices too. "nee chance of me gettin a Manchester airport job whey neh, cunts gi them backhanders man." No-one cares.
-
Get out of the sales Stevie and into a taxi..... Sales is a young mans game, not something you want to be taking into your forties. I'm nearer 28 than 40, but the key requirement of being a taxi driver, and I've never known one who doesn't have this quality (?!) is being able to talk complete wank 12 hours a day, so I could do it no bother.
-
Absolutely wank. Another one of my starters got sacked today, so I've lost the business £7,400 in 3 days and nearly 1k commission. Think I'm going to start me own business soon, can't be fucked with the pressure at the minute.
-
I'll not be the only cunt with a Senegal top now then I bet.
-
Never been happier to see a J69 post.
-
Aye for the equivalent of Wigan as well. More than the likes of Mario Gomez and Podolski as well.
-
He's like Andy Cole over the first 5 yards, but that's not his game he does fucking everything, holds it up, skins people, rarely misses the target, this will help Demba want to tie himself to the club as well. Pleased I got that Senegal top now, just get Sow in as back up in a swap deal for Best and we're sorted. @Shola23 bliddy hell am going to Stoke on loan again though
