1. Aye, he was a great central midfielder for Depor like..
2. Yeah, but there's always ways to get round that rule. Hamann signed a contract with Bolton didn't he?
3. Err, no. 160884 So thats your argument then? Great stuff! 161021 If you think that Luque will come anywhere near Rob Lee in what he's given to the club, then you're a daft twat. Shearer set a good standard at No 9. Shola could be better given the chance this season?
4. All he does is sit around, does a few training sessions every week, and gets paid more than I ever probably will. Lazy bugger with no ambition, no sympathy from me. Plus, he's not that good anyway. Spurs away anyone?
5. Not fishing for anything. Say the way I see it. Yeah, it's sad that two seemigly average footballers have died, but then, so have a lot of people, and I don't see anyone putting together any emotional videos for them. Sorry, I just hate seeing RIP threads on message boards.
6. Couldn't give a shit, to be honest.
7. Hope that doesn't mean any of Faye or Butt are staying? Need two central midfielders now probably.
8. But shhhurely Nobby is still first choice on the right? Thought Malbranque can play centre-mid as well, can he not? Better than Emre anywho.
9. You reckon? What did he do ok exactly? 143299 See the post I posted after that. Ta.
10. Yep, Hargreaves got crucified by the BBC panel, but Wright and Dixon are shit for brains tossers. Put in a nice couple of challenges and put Walcott through for his chance. Although it's all a bit hazy. edit - no spoiler tags eh? Fine, I'll cut it out meself... Hargreaves was subjected to a hatchet job that surely owed much to the fact that he plies his trade overseas. The Bayern Munich midfielder may not have excelled but he was far from being as poor as the BBC pundits suggested. Given editorial control, the contribution of any player can be devalued by a few suggestive replays. Having refused to acknowledge last week's match, Carrick is clearly the BBC's golden boy despite making twice as many mistakes in the opening half-hour against Belarus as Hargreaves committed on Wednesday.
11. I dunno, Carrick was crap against Belarus, so I'd start with Heargreaves on Saturday, see what he can do. Did ok yesterday.
12. I was perma-banned for suggesting Dyer had Aids a few months back. Oh and faking a news story that Luque got injured again. Probably worked out better for my sanity anyway to be honest.
13. Didn't want to spoil the game like, but if I must be a starter, then get rid of Maldini, and I'll do a bit of overlapping with Laurent. Also, would need to make sure that Onopko is the left centre halve, to cover for my bombing up the wing and general shitness, while Albert and Barton can manage it themselves on the right. Robbie Baggio and Bellamy can come on at half time for the centre forwards, Pagliuca also, so that every shot/cross he catches he palms onto the post and then catches the rebound ala 1994 World Cup. Dabz to come on for Onopko at half time as well. We'd end up playing for corners with Robert swinging it onto Nikos' head every time. Kaka' can stay on the bench, he's a bit shit.
14. Srnicek Centre parting Albert Onopko Maldini Solano Robert Garrincha Belkevich Ketsbaia Ferdinand subs: Bellamy Dabizas Robbie Baggio Kaka' Pagliuca Oh and I'd come on for the last 5 minutes to replace Robert. I'm left footed y'see.
15. Carragher can't pass the fucking ball. What's he going to be doing in midfield? It makes-a a-no sensa. Don't think that tactic is going to work either. Gerrard, as much as a media darling he is, is not a centre-forward. His movement is completely different from a centre-forward and if does play that high upfront, he's going to be lost. If he doesn't want to play that giant fella, stick Carrick infront of the defense, let Lampard and Gerrard waddle around the midfield and get Cole and Beckham/Lennon/Walcott supporting Owen from out wide.
16. I know this is going back a couple of pages, but that fat fella in the brazilian big brother is an absolute genius. Gets a bit carried with all the soaping up like, looks like the michelin man at some point there..
17. He's better than Diarra, and he makes the bench every now and then. He looked a class player in the ANC, think he's a real quality player, but not sure why he wants to sit on the bench for a couple of years. Chelsea have been buying up loads of youth, in the 14-16 year old range (to do with trying to cut their transfer spending in the long term), they're going for the whole world domination for 20 years thing.
18. He did score that stupid goal against the mackems. So that's good. Wonder how much room he'll free up on the wage bill like..
19. I'm from Belarus. Got a decent team (nearly made the playoffs for 2002), but a couple of the senior players retired after a shite campaign this time round.
20. All the more reason to sign him before the WC before his price doubles. This club sometimes - . 139977 Which part "not having any money " means 10mil+ plus to you? If we dont have ANY money to spend how can we sign him before the world cup?
