I think you have to bear in mind that a 3 or 4 pounds of that can be water loss when you start hydrating well. Also, changing from beer, junk and high sugar carbs to more protein is bound to have an initial big impact. Also adding cardio to a sedentary lifestyle. Im fully expecting the next stone to take a lot longer.

I thought you were still on Keto? I have fallen into more of a ketovore diet. Generally a big lump of protein just either on its own or with a bit asparagus, green beans or salad. Ninja grill is an absolute game changer mind if you have cash floating about for a gadget. Stick the attached temperature probe in, select your level of doneness and shut the lid. Have moved on to chicken breast on the bone, skin on and they just swell up and taste god dam delicious, particularly with a nice rub on

Cheers. According to BMI, I’m currently classed as pre obese. I’d ideally like just over another stone off as that would get me into the “normal weight” category. I was always around 11 - 11 1/2 stone before I started sitting on my arse all day in a taxi.

Just under a month in, stone lighter and enjoying the gym (approx 3 times a week). Most days just one meal a day due to lack of hunger and mainly eating protein. Highly recommend the Ninja grill xl and using it everyday. Never had meat taste as good. Can’t recommend Keto highly enough as the way you feel and the energy you have running your body on fats instead of carbs is remarkable.

Looking for a new patio heater. Ideally wanted one of the wall mounted infrareds but no space to locate it. Has anyone used the infrareds on stands? Are they any good.
