  1. Tis the best Newcastle forum I've ever used and I stuck with it even though some of you werent very welcoming in the beginning (many moons ago mind)
  2. I would imagine long breasts would hinder your running like Anyway, walking is good. Just so long as it gets the heart pumping then its cardio. Dont worry about running or not, especially if pretty much just starting. Much easier to do from now to autumn as well. You can make the walking harder by adding speed and/or hills. Torquay is built on seven hills, so cant escape them if I wanted to! Steps are the killer for me, really gets my heart pumping, The thing about walking is its enjoyable too so I dont ever get fed up with it...I even love walking in winter.
  3. *spoilers ahead* (just incase you havent seen it yet)! Well, a slightly boring race today I thought (except for Mark Webber coming back past Alonso) I did feel alittle sorry for Rubens though, I watched his later interview and he sounded really aggrieved that they changed Jenson to a 2 stop stratedgy. But I suppose when it mattered Rubens just wasnt quick enough in the middle stint. I enjoyed watching the chat after on interactive, Adrian Newey was a guest, quite interesting. But Eddie J is starting tp piss me off!! Still, his disagreements with DC make good viewing I guess!! You can actually feel DC's irritation at times The man for me is always Martin Brundle, his best quote of the day today....."Hug the corner like you would your favourite Granny"
  4. You all put me to shame I cant run for long (breasts ) Plus I am recovering from a back problem, but I walk alot and now exercise each day. My back feels better for it too. Im determind to keep it going now.
  5. Feck, I was a bridesmaid at my brothers wedding years ago, and it was my idea of a complete nightmare I had to wear a silky, peach frilly dress Not me at all. So i prefer your black and white theme!
  6. Christ! thats cheap...is that part of a package with your mobile or anything though? I dont use wireless BB, just ordinary, and because of where we live my BT line can only just about support a 1-2Mb connection.

  8. I've just done my half hour workout inc running up and down stairs, and Im knackered Do you lot take regular exercise? Im really trying to do the recommended 'moderate Aerobic Exercise for 30 Minutes a Day, 5 Days a Week' thing. I suppose no type of exercise is of any benefit unless its very regular.
  9. As a tiscali customer I'm surprised I've had no email about this. I pay by DD, so will they be able to just pass my details on to whoever has taken over, without my permission?
  10. All the more reason to continue it then Shave
  11. Coconut milk might do the job like I prefer The Fish' s idea Right I shop at Sainsburys, so will pick up a couple curry paste jars and give them a whirl, thanks. Balance it with some fresh ing like garlic, corriander and ginger. Finish with lime rather than lemon. mmm yes I love coriander too. Not sure about garlic in a curry?? I suppose I've only made mild currys in the past with Mango chutney, apple, onion, coconut, cream etc.
  12. Bloody hell, excellent thanks. Im having a look as bookings have to be made by 5pm tomorrow.

  14. Thank you paddy and Leazes Its like this Red Devil, this forum hasnt got many woman granted, though quality is always better than quantity. Whereas Im guessing most Man Utd forums would have their fair share of woman as I've noticed that girlies who, shall I say follow football as a fashion accessory tend to go for Man Utd or Chelsea.
  15. How funny is that I found this thread to ask if anyone had a good curry recipe! Has to be mild though. I had a grand recipe that mum in law gave me years ago which I used to use and cant find now. (making from scratch mind) Last night I used a jar one and added mango chutney, sultanas etc but tbh it wasnt good. It's not just the taste in jar stuff, it's the ridiculously unhealthy stuff they've got in them if you look. yeah, it didnt look very healthy! I shant use them again.

The latter is pretty naff. Cant recall seeing pastes in jars alex, who makes them? That would be good, I can add what I like then.
