Im away in Evesham now till Sunday evening then we're racing on Monday, so at least I am busy. Last night was Torquay United's parade through town on an open top bus to celebrate going up, what a contrast Sunday could be

Everything is ok, last night I saw TWO Magpies in the garden, we'll stay up!!

I'll tell you the best value in The League. Up untill 15th May you could purchase a Torquay united season ticket for £199 I think that worked out £8.65 a game!

One for sorrow......two for Joy I see lots around here where I live too. I remember a few years back we had a pair of Magpies where I worked that visited the garden everyday day...Till the day one of them dropped dead out of the tree and I had to get it removed. (Couldnt do it myself...I dont mind dealing with dead humans, but not dead animals or birds) Anyway, after that the other Magpie came everyday, he was looking for t'other one I think I think they mate for life, I bet he/she was heartbroken, used to break my heart anyway. At the time we (NUFC) were having a bad spell (Same ole story) and I remember some on here blaming me for the bad luck of seeing one magpie everyday!!! Hate to say it but lately I keep seeing one lone one again

That is it beautfully put. They get 1/20th of the focus we receive and they fucking haaaaaaaaaate us for it, while largely most of us don't notice them enough to hate them. Thank you Stevie. We are on the same wavelength I barely notice them because they are insignificant to me.

Thing is, when I think of Villa (not often, and normally only because my sis in law is a fan, born and bred) I then immediately think of all Brummie(ish) teams. They sort of submerge into one dreary, boring mass of sludge. Villa, Birmingham, Wolverhampton. Burton. Tamworth and so on Aaarrgghhhh!!!

I havent got time to sit on my backside all day Off soon to do my daily exercise. Get the housework done and prepare lunch and dinner. Walk into town to do the banking and pay bills. Then home, cook dins, do dishes, make packed lunches etc. Finally at 9.30pm tonight off to work 10 hour night shift!!
