Lovely I called it 'chilli cheese' but really there was garlic there as well so it should've been 'chilli garlic cheese". But I felt that had too many syllables. Also, mozzarella, havarti, dubliner, and leicester red cheeses rate highly for me. *edit* Add Brie on there, but only when it's spread with fresh oregano and thyme then baked in flakey pastry.
