I'd forgotten all about Friedel. Great keeper. Is the hyppia rumour true? I vaguely remember hearing about it.

Evertons league record - did it match season previous in terms of wins, draws, losses?

No. Aye we were offered Hyppia for 150k and Keegan didn't think he was good enough.

Was their away record better than their home record?

No. When I tell you, you will go "fuck me". A blue dipper told me this a few years ago. I didn't believe him but it's true.

The blue dippers right, if a league season was January 1st to December 31st, the BD's would've been league champions in 1996. They got more points than any other team in the calendar year.

Very surprising that. They always seemed to have a decent season followed by a terrible one.

Who's scored in a merseyside, a Manchester and an Old Firm Derby?

When you consider Man Utd's run in at the end of 95/96, that's quite remarkable.

In 1992, what feat did Peter Beardsley become only the second man to achieve?

Scored for both sides in a merseyside derby?

Bonus question, can you name the first?

2-0 win at Anfield half volley in the roof of the net at the kop end, live on match of the day.

The only other players I can think of who played for both are Barmby (who was obviously after Pedro) and Steve McMahon but he wasn't exactly prolific was he?
