QPR trying to hijack the deal at the last minute, Old scrotum face at it again.

Can't accept why anyone would want to go to Nooooocarsal instead of playing for him - twitchy b*stard.

Still bitter that we called him a lying c*nt, isn't he?

From nufc.com

Recent SJP arrival Mathieu Debuchy meanwhile has told French radio station RMC Sport that Remy rang Yohan Cabaye on Sunday evening for his views on Newcastle.

It's also reported by French journalists that Debuchy said on the same station that: "It's a very good news to see Loïc Rémy at Newcastle. I hope to see him tomorrow at training camp. Rémy is a very good striker, it's great for the team and Newcastle."

Nothing to do with the fact Redknapp needs quality in his squad of course?

I don't doubt he needs that but the player's flatly turned them down. Time to look elsewhere for him, surely?

If it was Arsenal or Spurs I'd reckon Remy would be like there in a shot. No way QPR are going to take anyone on now without a massive relegation wage decrease either.

LOIC REMY'S representatives are understood to have held talks with Queens Park Rangers.

The Chronicle understands that Remy's advisors met with QPR today and the player was offered a lucractive package to sign for the rock bottom Premier League club.

Marseille have already accepted an offer for Remy from Newcastle for £8.3million and scheduled talks appear to be on hold.

Newcastle have not commented on the matter today.
