First rule of TT: be specific, long in detail and overly verbose. The Fish will email you your tutorial presently.

EU members must adhere to the ECHR and the red tape that comes with it. I am much more comfortable having elected officials doing what they're elected to do than having unelected ideological bureaucrats do it for us.

Can not be overstated.

It has been. It's utterly meaningless bollocks anyway. You have to sign up to their rules if you want to trade with them for a kick off. Not to mention putting your trust in our political establishment? Nein danke

Aye, adhering to human rights is a right pain in the bollocks.

A British bill of human rights will suffice.

We don't elect a judiciary but we have a justice minister.

Outside of the EU we don't have to sign up to their rules, we offer trade on our terms and if they're unhappy with said terms then there will be others across the world who would be more than happy to trade.

Britain is not in a position to dictate terms, and the EU know that, which has been proven by the negotiations.

It would be a fucking economic disaster not to agree terms (for Britain).

Nothing because as of March 2019 the ECHR should be none of our business.

There will be things in the ECHR Britain would adopt and there would be things added to it I'm sure.

Sounds easy. Which particular bits of EU law do you have a problem with though? And what would you like to see them replaced with?

Like who? Who is in this great queue of countries desperate to trade with us that can't already do so?

 straight into the EU thread.

@SpaceCadet Its worth making clear tbh that hardly anyone on here voted out. No one will make a big issue of it generally but you're going to be standing alone in here on this. Well you'll have CT but thats actually worse than nothing.
