Been to the gym and Sainsbury's (and the latter was far more traumatic). 3. I've just booked myself a wee trip to Sweden in August to see the family. 4. My task for the rest of the day is to sort through a box full of old CD singles (1997-2001 vintage), having already eBayed the ones that might actually be worth anything - the rest will probably be straight off to Oxfam unless any of you lot have a burning desire to stock up on dodgy indie and rock music in an out-of-date format.
