We need to go back to being solid and hard to break down in this game (and rest of season) Everton nailed it by flooding the central midfield areas which have been porous for us recently without Sir Sean. I think Eddie will know this but whether he backs us to over run them or not will be interesting. But their away record shows they'll be hard to beat and not dominate possession.

They've beaten Man Utd away, Arsenal away, drew with Liverpool away and narrowly got beat off Man City due to questionable refereeing. They'll turn up for this and our style of play will suit them down to the ground.

I sit somewhere between pessimism and realism. I've supported this club too long to be anything else.

I think there is a big chance they can turn us over. But even if we draw then going into the last game of the season we'll be nervy as fuck v Chelsea so that could go either way as well. I bet my left nut they'll turn up against us.

we dropped out when we had a key injury to Bruno. It now seems that LongShaft is another key player. 1 point from 9 with him not playing recently (maybe all season).

We’ve previously had a bid for Maddison so I assume Eddie has a plan in mind. He’d certainly help with assists and goals but we might have to change system to accommodate as he is definitely best in a 10 role.

I’d stick a 1 year contract in front of Kante with an option of a second. I’ve somewhat changed my mind about Maddison and im in agreement about his fitness. I don’t think he has it in him. I’d prefer Harvey Barnes. Plus he is 6 foot.

I think the only home end I've been in was Spurs away when we destroyed them 4-1 with Martins and Owen etc. I celebrated the fourth as there were barely any fans left...then walked out White hart lane with pretend carpets under my arms and my massive nuts dragging on the floor.
