True. Elanga was supposed to add blistering pace and assists to the team. Gordon has been shite as well. Where would you strengthen though? Our full backs are class but prone to injury so not sure if any top class FBs are willing to come to play second fiddle. Id big time go for Gregor Kobel from Dortmund for GK.

Our strategy has been fairly obvious since Howe got here. 1) Fast, high press start 2) Get in the lead 3) Sit deep and hit on the counter Since the rat left (and Wissa hasn't been able to fill his spot) we haven't been able to cause defences that much harm and if we do get in the lead we have nothing on the counter as we have no blistering pace up front (again not his fault. I think he is class btw) so we get penned in. We are also tired from the CL schedule which is leading to late goals. I cant see much changing to be honest any time soon. I think we'll struggle with consistency.

I think Murphy has a football brain and is good running onto the ball. He is really poor with his back to goal though. Elanga is a sprinter. That’s as polite as I can be. He is obviously struggling to adapt to Howes team but he looks like a league two player at the moment.

I think the consensus on here when we signed him was that he was better than Dubs, therefore we have better strength in depth. He is also loan which also brings up doubts as to whether he'll even be here next season.

it’s essentially a middle class caravan park. It is quite nice having a coffee in the morning and a deer is pottering around outside. The leisure pool is also good and just about the only free activity. EVERYTHING ELSE is a massive fucking rip off. Pope is the better keeper (bar feet). He is just having a bad patch. Thats mainly due to the decisions he is making so its not an ability thing. He also positions himself quite well so making difficult saves look routine. Id personally like us to go for a big upgrade in the Summer. Kobel would be my pick but I suspect we'll go back in for Trafford.
