1. Lewis should take a year out or move team when his contract expires. He's gone shit by his standards and needs to regain focus and stop doing stupid manouvers. 2. McLaren should give up developing this years' car and focus solely on next year. Same for Ferrari. 3. Massa needs to be replaced as the number 2 driver. He's just not the same driver post-accident.
