Ambition isnt earnt in one or two windows, but continual progress over several years. We made the biggest outlay of all the clubs on a single player and sold no one. This will improve our starting 11, so this window we've made good progress. What LeazesMag refers to is called blind ambition - QPR and West ham are doing it. They throw money around without looking at what they have or where they are going.

This is a vote winner. Nothing more nothing less. Rather insulting to insinuate the government hands out 26k to every tom, dick and harry to spend on a 50" tv. They should stop wasting money on consultant fees / quangos..... and spend more money on initiatives like train2gain. I'd love to know how many people will be affected, and what the actual saving will be.

do you have any system restore points? > start > all program > accessories > system tools > system restore if there's none I'd do what Ant said and run a Start-up repair

Most AV programs use quarantine, so you should be able undo any damage. Check the vendor website.

Blue screen isn't usually a virus. did you get an alert in your AV? Have you installed any new software/hardware recently? There's no need to format it. As if it gets into safemode, you just need to work out what's causing the conflict (blue screen). If you havent installed anything recently (check add/remove programs), just going into safe mode and switching off all the none Microsoft apps > Start > Run > msconfig. If that allows you to boot, you can add them back on a couple at a time to see which is causing it.

To my knowledge he hasn't taken anything at all out of the club has he? Not that I'm aware of but it's possible he may have. Otherwise this pocketing concept would be debunked, wouldn't it? While Ashley hasn't taken any money out, he bought the club cheap (150m) because it had loads of debt and a crippling wage bill. If he sorts the wage bill out and pays off the debt with club earnings - then sells for 300m - he'll be pocketing 150m. So while he hasn't taken any money out, he isn't investing the correct amount on the 1st team. Short sighted people will think he'd sorted the club out so deserves a pay check. But in reality, he'll have held onto the club long enough it pays off it's own debt then resold for profit.

Done with current legislation in place, surely a demonstration that the indefinite and indiscriminate power that would be handed out if SOPA/PIPA passed is not only wrong but unnecessary since they (whoever they are) can do this without megaupload is the 15th most visited site and has a lot of money from subscriptions, so can afford the best legal team - it'll be interesting how long it stays offline. icefilms has switched to 2shared
