We shouldn't loan anyone unless there is an option to buy.

4-5-1 has become become more popular this season. Watching two teams playing 4-5-1 is like watching paint dry.

I was thinking it might have been a poorly written addon installed. He is an Apple user IE9 is out in beta, so as you suggested upgrading/changing browsers is the best option; http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/info/TryIE9/ -

I read recently that they think there's loads more stars than first thought. http://uk.news.yahoo.com/5/20101201/twl-ho...de-3fd0ae9.html Hawkins said this in April, seven months before the recent discovery http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/scie...icle7107207.ece

once a good player, always a good player. exactly. Football is a team game. A centre back is reliant on centre midfield, their fullback and other centre half. If any of these have a bad game the centre back is pulled out of position.

and bought one of ours, who professed to be moving to a "bigger" club. You could also say Newcastle United have sold 8 of theirs ie Given, Bassong, Milner, Owen, Beye, Martins, Duff, N'Zogbia which of course resulted in relegation. Before you or anyone else argues, every single one of those players has moved to a club that did better things and/or would walk back into the NUFC team now. Utter tripe. Them crap players have either no pace or no brains. I still can't believe we got £50m. I wouldn't have any of them back. Add Viduka, Butt and Gerimi to that list and its easy to see why we got relegated.

http://www.clubcall.com/newcastle-united/n...ce-1128046.html http://www.eatsleepsport.com/newcastle-uni...id-1128046.html Wheaters contract is up in the summer, he's twice as good and would play for £30k. is this a "sell to buy"policy you are advocating ? When Campbell will be 37 next season ? Why not Taylor AND Wheater ? I realise you will dismiss this because its me, but quite simply, any half progressive club would do this - assuming it is the managers judgement of these 4 players currently at the club. As a rule you need two players in every position, most clubs stick to it. As it offers cover and makes running training a lot easier. Five centre backs is excessive. * Coloccini and Williamson take up two spots. * I'm confident Campbell has at least another year in him. * Which leaves one spot for Kadar. As you point out Sol is in his twilight years, so we should look to loan out Kadar and bring in Wheater. Adding Taylor into this mix would obviously give us greater depth, but his high wage demands would set a bad presidence for all future contract negotiations. Average player who haven't been playing can't expect a wage rise. precedence ? I'm sure if we don't give him a competitive salary, some other more progressive club will. Like Wigan. In the meantime, the half decent players left at the club will be tremendously motivated seeing other good players being allowed to leave for more money elsewhere. We have offered him a competitive salary. He wants more. Do you advocate paying over the odds wage rises to players who have spent the entire time injured?

Which defensive partnership would you like to see?
Phil replied to loonyTOON's topic in Newcastle Forum
I think coloccinis game would vastly improve if paired Campbell. -
Taylor’s first team development has been hindered by managerial upheaval. He had about a season under SBR, before Souness, Gideon and Fat Sam guided his career. Followed by the Keegan/JFK/Shearer turmoil. Say what you like about his chest thumping but during out relegation season he was one a very small number of players at the club who didn’t throw in the towel at Christmas, the same can't be said of Colo. Marcel Desailly he is not, but he’s decent enough top flight centre half. Can’t see him staying after the club essentially condoned Carroll busting his jaw / lots of supporters slagged him off / being transfer listed. I think the issue isn't about how much we rate him as he's been offered £40k a week, but wants £60k. I would say he's worth 30k top, which is what a "decent enough top flight centre half" would be paid. The issue for me is he think he's in Marcel Desailly wage bracket. What wage would you say he's worth?

Ashley's Loan Strategy: now that we're back in the top flight.

You have a thread to talk about Bromance for Fatty One - http://www.toontastic.net/board/index.php?showtopic=28201 -
He's massively over rated by most who mostly hide behind his "potential". He is 24 and as good as he's going to get, which is too slow, too head strong and has an annoying habit of leaning into crosses with his arm! We have Colo, Williamson, Sol and Kadar, so he simply isn't needed. Even if he was needed, I'd prefer we sold him and went for Wheater. Also, Hughton has proven what he can do in the transfer market so any additional funds from surplus players are welcome.

Capello said Carroll is starting tomorrow.

He's just signed a 5 year contract, so this is moot.

Router is the default gateway. Apple like to do things differently. +You need to enter your settings not his. within windows goto > start > run > (type) cmd > (type) ipconfig/all This will list your PC settings. use the same settings on your ipod, but change the ip addresses last octet to something random that'll be free, i.e. if you PC ip address is 192.168.0.10, use 192.168.0.123.
