Then the main ingredient, alan fucking Smithfuck. Best on too, put himself about a fair bit but still, Guthrie was having a decent game and there was no need for all this juggling around. Very good team effort so far. Barton has been immense, and Ferguson has looked very lively. It will be interesting to see how he comes on next year. Certainly wont mind having him come on as an impact sub. Considering how many first teamers are injured we could really have a good season next year if we can keep this form. Add 3 quality players and Ben Arfa please. Players like Raylor and Guthrie havent been awful either. Guthries shooting looks dangerous.

Chelski had about 4 really dirty and cynical tackles too, the one from Ramires on Simpson that the ref let go was dreadful, fuck em. It was frustrating that they didnt get any sending offs, Both Terry and Ivanovics' yellows were on the edge for me too.

Very good game. Ferguson and Raylor did well when they got the chance, though i dont know why they let Raylor take the corners. I think Raylor is better if ur gonna shoot at goal, but barton is better at putting the ball on someones head imo. Sort of liked the formation, 3 wingers and a striker (my fm formation!). Imagine Ben Arfa playing behind in that, with a non-shola striker infront of him, could work quite well when we are playing counter-attacking football against teams like Chelski and Manu. Wish he would have subbed Shola very early today instead of the likes of Jonas and Løvenkrands. Good team performance though, and a good point!

Got to admit I dont go with this "Dont play Tiote in case he picks up a card", its more important that we get results now than at the start of next season. Technically, if all results went against us for the last 2 games then we'd end up 16th. A drop of 5 places is a hell of a difference in our season. Plus Tiote could simply end up suspended for some other club at the start of next season, if so, then ideally we play them in one of those suspended games win/win tbh This. people are acting like theres nothing to play for. 6m is almost "2 tiotes". West ham are pretty much down now. I would like to see us go for Ba. Also Scott Parker would be a great signing for when tiote is suspended/in Africa. Wouldnt be awful to have them both play in midfield either.

Looking at the table, if Liverpool beat Fulham tonight we could steal 8. Incredibly optimistic with Chelsea away but who knows. We could take advantage of a dejected side who just lost the title. Can also drop behind Villa if we lose both. Does anyone know how much money the difference is? The league is so tight in the middle of the table.

How is it 2-1 still? That shay given impersonator is a cunt. Incredibly lucky goal for them. Nolan has been immense, shows how good he is in the box when we control play. Steven Taylor also thrives on playing at home and keeping the pressure up. Whereas he can contribute more there than Williamson, Williamson is perhaps sturdier when we get battered for a game away or against better opposition. The commentator Sturridge is probably the most boring black person ever. And he always seems to "root" for the other team. Going on about how Shola apparently backed into the defender when we won the corner that got us the goal.

If we get an early goal I think we can get a few more and it could turn into a west-ham or wolves sort of game. Could also be a nervy 0-0 or 1-0. Lots depends on which Shola turns up. Lets hope home advantage gives us a few goals, 5-0!
