So you gonna post it up then?

Why am I searching if you already have? Link me. Dido has two in the top four. Better than Coldplay, W00T! Solo artist, right? Also, why are you using the word 'better'? She has two bigger albums than Coldplay so therefore must make 'better' music, that's your logic isn't it?

Where were you/what were you upto when you first started posting?

Joined here after the TT/N-O divorce but didn't start posting regularly until about 6 months later. Not done a whole lot in that time, got my degree and got a proper job is about the height of it I suppose. -
FUCK OFF SHOLA!

Toon stars are told to pay for their club suits
ewerk replied to Scottish Mag's topic in Newcastle Forum
I can't say I've seen a crest on them. Though to be fair I reckon our players' knowledge of the tax system is likely to be limited at best. -
I think you're in dreamland there.

Yup, if it's not totally for work purposes then yes it would be, unless it has the club crest on it, in which case it probably wouldn't be. If true this does really sound like penny-pinching. -
Well there hasn't really been a lot of movement in the transfer market overall so I'm not getting too worried yet. I know we've been mostly been linked with recruiting young players but given Keegan's and Mort's past comments I think we can expect to see around 3 first teamers come in over the summer and the bid for Modric shows that we do have the cash to spend should Keegan want it.

Well we wont know for a fair few years yet Leazes, this bright new setup had nothing to do with anybody that's broke into the first team as of yet. It's been working with the mess left by the shoddy old setup, you remember them don't you? indeed. I remember the Champions League and 3 consecutive top 5 finishes for the first time in 50 years with great fondness. Ah I remember those days, how long ago is it now?

29 iirc.

I hope he fucks it up big time, they deserve it.

I agree with what your saying, but the way you have phrased it absolves the player of any responsibility. I would say he has failed to adapt, rather than simply not be suited to the league. I think that any player that has the ability to be a sucess in Serie A and internationally can adapt to the Premiership if they work hard enough. A set of balls when going into anything like a 50/50 challenge also helps.

I think we can only fine a player a maximum of 4 or 8 weeks unless they agree to a further fine. EDIT: I think it might actually only be 2 weeks wages.

Some articles seem to suggest that - by "Fire" I think that implies stop paying him which obviously means he can't play but the registration means he's our to sell. If we fire him we're also releasing his registration so he would be free to play for another club.
-
Well I think that's why we waited until we saw what was going to happen with the Mutu case. He has been told that he has to pay Chelsea £8/9m due to the transfer fee they lost out on by sacking him so going by Barton's current transfer value we could hope to sue him for around £3.60.

Caught a bit of it last night for the first time and couldn't stand listening to the prick Alexandra going on and on. Anyone reckon she's a plant by BB to get the shit stirred? Hard to believe that she could really be that much of an absolute cunt.
-
I've no idea how it would affect our ability to sack him but I assume that Mort would have taken advice from his mates in employment law before making the decision to offer him reduced terms.
-
Good to see that it appears we haven't simply accepted their first offer and have been prepared to wait to get our money back. Around £2.5m wasn't it?

'Orwellian' police in bid to silence ex-boyfriend stalked by youngest magistrate
ewerk replied to Fop's topic in General Chat
Yup it could have been an interesting debate......... if only Torres had been posting. (although it's amazing the number of people that have read it and posted in it - so maybe not that dull or at least "needed" in a strange way ) Given that you've had over twice as many posts in here as anyone else it's no surprise that it's dull. 'Obsessed'. -

Is this possibly the dullest thread in the history of this forum? -
And so it begins.
