    iPhone

?? This is absolutely disgusting, I had to dish out about $399 for the iPhone 1.0. I got a sub-par phone which incidentally I had to replace two times because of quality control issues at Apple. Now they release a 3G version that is substantially cheaper, I am more anti-Apple than ever. Sherif Kadry, Houston, TX Oh aye, he just had to have it. It was clear from the outset that the price was aimed at those who put style over substance and bought into the hype.
  3. Nope, I don't know why though, they seemed to be selling well. Marketing. I don't follow.

  5. We've been through this before. Sorry, i must have missed that. What was the result? He's a professional twat.
  6. Where's the punchline?
  7. I didn't realise he only had a year left, in that case it's decent money. I still think the hatred of Ameobi from some people is uncalled for.
  8. £3.5m seems like a fair price for him, anything less isn't worth selling him for.
  9. Was there a massive strop that I missed or did he slide gently into the night? He slid gently into the night in a dignified manner. Ah this explains both Manc-mag's tetchiness and the further magnifying of his obsession with "Fop". To be fair aren't you the one having a go at him in a completely unrelated thread?

  11. Has Patrokles deleted his account then?
  12. A 25 year old from the Spanish 2nd Division? Hardly stuff to get the hear racing.
  13. Aye, he did start a lot from the bench.
  14. A headsup before the first game may have been a bit more helpful.

    Coldplay

dismissing something as misery music, even if it Coldplay, is extremely naïve I find their musical slant to be exceptionally melancholy. I find the singer's voice to be depressing. The whole package, to my ears, sounds fucking miserable. I have friends who love them so I have tried over and over again to 'get it' but its just not my cup of tea. I can appreciate the excellent arrangement, structure and production however I do not like there music. It sounds miserable to me. Just because I don't like Coldplay there's no need to insult me. Oh that's right, its the internet, you crack on fella. It's almost as if you've been reading my mind. Actually, hold on...
  16. In that case I think use of a taser of possibly rubber bullets would be fully justified. What a bellend.
  17. You reckon Bentley is overrated then? As for Gomis, I think he has just signed a new contract so that's him off the market. And where did the Michael Laudrup link come from? At least with him yous would have a good chance of seeing some decent football.
  18. For £3.5m I wouldn't be shoving him out the door, 31 is hardly old for a goalkeeper. Based on what I saw last season I'd say Harper was the better of the two and deserves to be the in team ahead of Shay despite what his one man fan club above might say.
  19. It would seem foolish to give Shearer the job when there are other candidates out there with decent track records. Blackburn have a few decent players who I'm sure would balk at Allardyce's tactics even though Hughes hardly developed beautiful football at Ewood Park. Personally I'd give the likes of Ince a chance, he has done good work at the clubs he has been at so far, the only problem for me would be whether his ego has decreased any since he was a footballer.
  20. Cue LM to tell us that this is the board clearly aren't backing their manager. Which might actually be the case if reports are to be believed.
