We might be able to sway the PL but I very much doubt UEFA will change their minds. From what I've read it is a mandatory requirement for the CL but I don't see any mention of the UEFA Cup and given the amount of small clubs in the competition it may be that managers in it do not need the licence yet.

For me Gudjohnsen is among the best players in the league. His ability to attack from just about anywhere is awesome.
