Speaking for myself, if the members of the board can come up with a better way of handling this by way of a clear procedure that will result in suspensions and ultimately bannings then I think we need to hear them, in that way next time (and I hope there isn't a next time) there can be no argument that the person in question didn't know exactly where their conduct was leading to. As I said before, I'm a firm believer that Stevie knew precisely where his conduct was heading and got the outcome he was looking for.

Good god, what a fucking drama, he's been banned, it was a collective decision but all in all the person who had the biggest influence in the outcome was Stevie himself, after warning after warning he continued to push and push, and eventually he got the reaction that I'm convinced he was looking for. Any bother getting it replaced because of the crack? I've got one on the back but I assumed they'd blame me for it and not replace it. Plus I'm reluctant to upgrade to the latest firmware version. No bother about getting replaced, mine was cracking near the data socket at the bottom and near the mute switch, apparently the early iPhone 3G's were notorious for cracking there, they changed it without any fuss, I'm now in the process of restoring my new iPhone, fuck its slow, its take 3 hours already !

I'm having mine replaced for the second time tomorrow, first due to cracks in the case, this time due to an area of the touchscreen which has become unresponsive, which may or may not have been caused by me dropping it
