The Belgravia Group investment fund has said it no longer intends to make an offer for Newcastle United. Jersey-based Belgravia said that despite protracted negotiations with the club, it had been "unable to agree a price and transaction structure". It said that it felt its planned offer would have been in the best interests of the club and its supporters. It is the second firm to end takeover interest in Newcastle this year, after the Polygon hedge fund also pulled out. Actually, the only pap I'm trying to watch at the moment is Battlestar Bogstandardica, which I'm struggling through in the seemingly vain hope of it living up to your recommendation. I'm up to episode 5, please tell me it gets better from there. The deeper you get into it the better it gets. I would imagine all the retro-sci fi stuff would have one coming in their pants.....Yes? Enjoyed The Business meself, just not something you have to take too serious. I expected to utterly hate The Business, purely for Danny Dyer, but I actually enjoyed it, there are some excellent cringeworthy 80's moments, a decent soundtrack and some good comedy, worth watching !!
