Nay bother, well just have a team full of Perch's, Guthrie's and Best's because they try and are on a shyte wage -

Regarding wages, they are never gonna get reduced, and will just continue to spiral. 50,000 a week is usually the going rate for a good Premiership midfielder nowadays And you'll struggle to find anyone who gave more for Newcastle than Kevin Nolan -

Yesh. (Had to be done) No, no it didn't. Fucking Hell alex It did. For shure. Have you heard his interview on Sky Sports about the Forest job? The bugger still has a dutch twang to his voice, the daft git -
He's one of the worst players in the U21's yet is the most expensive, i'd rather have Cleverley etc over him for a 1/6th of the price

I reckon Williamson is on about £10k a week tbh. Also, Alan Smith would tend to disprove your second point. There's be plenty of other clubs who would want to buy Nolan into his 30s though, especially in the Championship. Smith, on the other hand... less desirable than the Elephant man. Aye but if we need to progress we should be keeping the Nolan's of this world alot more than the Williamson's I think Smith will be sold this summer, mainly because he's basically been put on the Transfer and wasn't sold because everyone had forgot about him and mainly being turd I agree, apart from the bit about Smith going (I hope you're right on that score though). I don't think giving Nolan a 5 year deal on £50k per week is wise though. A compromise would've been nice but I suspect the club were more than happy for him to join West Ham. I think we all hope I'm right about Smith going, but i think he'll definitely be on his way, the club will be trying to push him out more than ever now and his agent will probably do some aswell. I reckon it might be into August before we sell him like because of his wages being a stumbling block and it'll take him a while to realise that he has to take a hefty drop. Was he on 40k or 50k? Because i don't think he'd have been that bothered(If on 40k) to keep it that way and then extend his contract, and then midway through the contract someone would still be willing to take him off our hands for a fee, other than giving him a 3 year contract and letting him go for nowt IMO -

What's it about like? I've never seen it advertised, but if it's anything like Summer Heights High I'm definitely gonna give it a watch

Williamson got a 5 year contract and isnt he late twenties??? It's not as though if we did offer him a 5 year contract he'd be here for 5 years, if he wasn't getting in the team then he would have been sold and we would have built a better team around him and be in a better position than we are now to sell him -

I meant it as in Stoke buying a bunch of Sunderland players and Jones being the only decentish one theyve signed from them But overall Stoke have a way better team than Sunderland, as do we, the only player i could see from Sunderland getting into our team is Gyan -

Apart from Gyan and on occasions Jones the rest are shyte -
haven't signed some of those, and no matter how many times you've read cabaye's interview you're still putting him in the wrong place, he's been told hes playing infront of the back 4. I love how he posts all these articles then doesn't even read them himself. Either he's playing Barnetta out of position or Cabaye, depending if you're wanting to play them as wide men or CM's. He's worse than Nick tbh

Jonas and Enrique to Liverpool?
StoneColdStephenIreland replied to Deano 's topic in Newcastle Forum
Jesus. I'd much rather go back to the position we were in January when we still had Carroll and we had players who were going to sign a contract because the club seemed to have ambition and looked to be going places and battled for the club, than sign all those players with the money you've mentioned -
Can anyone answer this question?
StoneColdStephenIreland replied to loonyTOON's topic in Newcastle Forum
It wasn't a Transfer in then straight out but kevin-Prince Boateng signed for Genoa then was immediately loaned to AC Milan -

You've gotten an absolute steal for the money youre paying for him, he'll give everything for you's and make sure everyone else is aswell, yous'll get leadership, goals, passion, everything you want in a player and more. I'm gutted we've lost him, he's gonna be a massive miss, more than some realise than he will be -

Now then, RexHammer. Nail on heed there. You got incredibly lucky with Ba's fitness. He's struggled with it all through his career, so he'd be a guaranteed perma-crock here. To be honest mate. If his knee was going to give in on anyone, it would of been West Ham. Most of our signings of late have been injury prone or decide to sustain a long term injury just after putting pen to paper. I have heard that Ba's knee injury is over exaggerated and that the effects will only kick in later on, but whether or not this is true.... I dunno. Welcome to the forums matey. And nee doubt if we do end up lucky enough to have ashley and co allow us to bring in Ba, we'll get another 'legitimate tackle on a new signing' a la Ben arfa - and that will kick off the knee xD (not still bitter like) Thanks a lot mate. I was a bit worried that you lot was just going to tell me to fook off or something. I am really happy for the mature response. I can't see there being much maturity between the matches of West Ham and Millwall or West Ham and Cardiff...same for West Ham and Leeds. It is just down to too many of our fans watching Green Street one time too many. We need more people like this lad and less people like Nick -

Is there really any benefit to us letting Nolan go? Really is there? Because I can see none, absolutely none -
It's amazing how some dipshits on here have the IQ to turn a PC/Phone/Laptop to write the shit they're saying
