Assuming we stay up, I genuinely can't wait with PL status secure we'll be linked with so many players, and having players like Trippier, Guimares, ASM already in the squad makes it clear that we've got talent and ambition driving us on without a lot of the financial problems that a lot of other clubs have. The likes of Arsenal are better than us right now of course, but they're also not really able to strengthen to huge degrees without getting rid of players because they've got massive contracts. We don't give a fuck about any of that.

As far as my knowledge goes (this is all fairly new), its mostly focussed on endurance and hypertrophy rather than "bulking" just adding size to then cut it later, I'm naturally lean so straight up bulking is really difficult, upping calories so much makes me feel like shit so its a balancing act. Endurance is something I need to work on which this program is helping with as 'm bad for my forearms fatiguing on stuff like a deadlift before the muscles I'm really supposed to be working do.

Even if we're not leaking, every club and agent and player on earth wants it known that we're linked to their players to potentially generate big money interest from other clubs.

Finishing a creatine loading week this week, awful stuff to take in the amounts you have to Been back in the gym and gradually dropping the omeprazole dose for nearly three weeks now and feeling great for it. My current program is fucking torture like, dropped the weights right down and the tempos along with it, everything in slow motion, its killer. Not seeing much on the weight gain yet but that'll take a bit to happen, I got stuck at this weight the first time round. Muscle definition is coming back in though, I'm skinny as fuck so it is very obvious getting that V back.

I use TT on my phone a lot and haven't had that, do you have a bar at the bottom of the screen with "Forums, Unread, Notofications, Messages, More" on it? If so, try using the Forums option rather than unread, I find it much easier to browse

I reckon the idea that we overpaid on that deal has been blown massively out of proportion, signing a reliable, PL experienced target man in the timeframe we did, while directly weakening one of our relegation rivals is worth more than that fee. Leeds paid that much for Daniel fucking James, Leicester paid it for Islam Slimani.

Depends if we have other attainable targets, I feel like the 4 million isnt the point, more the piss taking. I reckon thats also why we've stepped away from as many transfers as we have this month, teams upping their asking prices late in the day, knowing that we "have the money" to spend. Assuming it pays off and we don't get relegated it does put us in a better place in summer as we will have shown that we'll not be taken advantage of.
