Yup. .The vast majority of transfer deals take place towards the end of the window, not during it. Culminating in the traditional ridiculous deadline day when clubs get desperate. I know you said "seemingly" CT but I wouldn't be surprised if clubs have shown interest in our big name players, just not followed through with bids as of yet.
