Yup, fourth place gets awarded an additional EL spot. Not going to lie - and I know it'll be extremely difficult - but I really want us to go for third. And why not? It's within reach but so much depends on what the other three clubs do in their remaining games (remember that Arsenal have played one more than us and Spurs... will be very interesting to see what happens today against Chelsea and I'm not sure what result I'd favour most). On the flipside - finishing sixth and getting into the EL would represent a successful season for me. Anything on top would merely be a bonus, albeit a huge one. I'd hate to lose out on the CL because of Chelsea winning it, or missing out on it because of goal difference or something like that (at that point it would be a struggle to keep the 'what if' scenarios out of my head).
