He's not a cunt but I'm not sure how good he really is at his job. Both the playing and the coaching staff have to take a lot of blame for performances like Saturdays. But it's the coaching staff who are meant to help motivate the players to perform at their best. It's not like just one or two weren't at it. Sick of our inconsistency, and whilst I can take a loss on the chin, I can't take our lot not putting the effort in. I'm surprised the club haven't reimbursed the fans who went down to the match. I'd be beyond livid in their shoes.

Not sure why people are so quick to criticise the strikers, when most strikers need some form of half-decent service to thrive. We've got Gouffran and Sissoko on the wings, neither of whom are wingers. We don't have our first choice LB or our first choice RB at the moment, making things on the sides even worse. We're simply not playing in a way that suits De Jong at the moment, and he's a player that'll need to score before we can see what he's really made of, such is his lack of confidence.
