It's a fallacy that all streams are of an inferior picture quality, although admittedly it's not always as simple as I'd like to locate a decent stream. However in that case, you soon pick up on what channels/sites to go on, and generally if you know where to look people can do the work for you and find you a good stream just before kick-off so all you've got to do is connect to it. If the situation allows you could always connect your computer to your TV via a HDMI cable or whatever, too. Plus what with the new round of deals with foreign broadcasters, should be more streams than ever despite the blocking of places like Firstrow. If you can't get to the match in person there'll almost always be a stream there for you.

I now wouldn't be surprised if we finish the window having bought no-one (other than that kid from Metz). I don't have much faith in the regime but if you'd said that to me a few weeks ago I'd have laughed at you. Shambles as things stand.

A tenner to watch a match (and whatever else is on that day on that channel) is appalling value for money. Just stream it if that's all you want. Now TV isn't HD either, as far as I know.

Source?

I reckon we'll beat them. 3-1. Just watch.

I dislike the owner as much as the next fan but don't twist the truth. It's fact that we had genuine, actual bids accepted/publicly acknowledged for Gomis and Kone. Unless you think Aulas and Whelan are liars in league with Ashley?
-
Who are you referring to? Name and shame. Also, how exactly is Vossen a "dream"? Did you even know he existed before today? He's not Messi, or even Benteke. I still fully expect us to land another strike, he's not exactly a household name in Europe, so why the defeatist attitude?

That doesn't mean the quality of the squad has decreased. If anything we've got a great first 11, just lack depth.

Film/moving picture show you most recently watched
Monroe Transfer replied to Jimbo's topic in General Chat
Saw Alpha Papa yesterday. Loved it. Perfect length, not too long or too short. Felt like a slightly higher budget feature length episode of the TV show, as opposed to an overly glamourised take on Partridge to try to market it to a wider audience. With that said, out of our group, 2 of them weren't big Partridge fans but they loved the film. -
What view? I'm a southerner for what it's worth and so are the vast majority of the people I come across on a daily basis. edit; ah wait, I assume the view that you're referring to is what you're talking about on the top of this page. I don't think that's a commonly held view at all amongst us. Maybe it's different where you are but I think you're being OTT.

It's been this way for several seasons now tbf.

£50 I reckon. Plus the £25 membership fee if you're not already one/a season ticket holder. I'm tempted but I get the impression yesterday was the one and only time we'll see the lads themselves wearing it.

Got a strange feeling that either Barca or Real Madrid will win it this season. Anyway, my boys in yellow are back so I'll be following them again.

Die Fußball-Bundesliga 2015/16

BVB for me too. I even bought their new home replica top, and wore it at work yesterday (jealous, J69?). -
-
It's not obvious at all, he's said anid done things to the contrary. The problem does not appear to be Gomis himself but things around him.
-
First time I've read Aulas moaning about us not offering much money. I thought the only problems were agent fees and St Etienne being owed 5% of the fee?
-
I thought James McClean was the next big thing?
-
Is "stop" instead of "stay" a local dialect thing? Either way Gomis has never said he doesn't want to come. Apparently he'd like to stay in France, but that doesn't mean he doesn't want to come to NUFC.

Yet without their presence in your league you've only got a likely six (i,e, Champions League group stage matches) games to get excited about next season.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/liverpool/10227164/Luis-Suarez-calls-on-Liverpool-to-keep-promise-to-let-him-leave-the-club-this-summer-as-Arsenal-waits.html Most Arsenal fans I know continue to be bemused by their transfer business so far this window. They're the only club yet to bring in a major new face, and the only one they seem to get linked to (even in the tabloids) is a player people love to hate who will be banned for a significant part of Arsenal's season should he join. Got a feeling Wenger will end up panicking and rushing through a bunch of deals on deadline day like he did a couple of summers ago (Andre Santos etc). One thing Suarez might be forgetting though - don't Arsenal still have to actually get past the Champions League qualifying round? All the above and they might well not actually be in the CL...
-
Pretty sure it's not us, I believe he himself has said that both Lyon and the player have an agreement with NUFC. Plus it's clear he wants Gomis off the payroll and the player himself has been somewhat vocal too.

http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/newcastle-united-distance-themselves-stewart-5668714 Does noone (including the man himself) read Ryder's articles before they get published? "out sister paper the Liverpool Echo" "Jonas, Hatem Ben Arfa, Yoan Gouffran and Hatem Ben Arfa"
-
Couple of places at least have mentioned it. Think the Northern Echo were one.

This, a thousand times this.
