  1. Canny euphemism. I assume you mean tatooed cos I can bever get a ball point to work there.
  2. You might want to book the next 6 years off after today.
  3. This is how this place ends isn't it? Gemmmill "ooooh, me pace maker went on the blink again, had to get a new battery put in" NJS "Eeeeeh, I'm blind as a bat me, hope those new corneas work...." Alex "Aye, me knee replacement is top notch" Wykiki "'kin t'hell. Ave tha seen tha waiting list for t'hip relacement? Tory cunts" Etc. Old, decrepit, falling to bits. Using forum technology which the kids can't believe doesn't belong in Beamish, moaning about Tik Tok and FFP until space year 2050, then silence.
  4. This years Rwanda quota has been filled today alone. Shambles.
  5. Ooooooh, I watched expecting thed worst, expecting to be triggered to fuck. But weirdly, its probably the only time I have agreed with 30p Lee. The massive cunt.
  6. Yeah, know what you mean. When I'm at the match nowadays, I have to shout "Come on UNITED! I mean Newcastle United, formed from the merger of Newcastle East end and and Newcastle Westend clubs in 1892, not the the club from Newton Heath who erroneously only became Manchester United in 1902". Just doesn't have the same ring to it, the manc cunts.
  7. It was contrived, but he didn't present it this way. And he facilitated a shit storm cluminating in Braverman requesting that Mark Rowley is sacked - again. The policeman he interacted with did nothing wrong in my view, but he also landed him in the shit. There are unpleasent elements in every protest. The police have a balance in allowing freedom of protest and keeping the peace. I don't think he helped. Also, for your own sake, I'd avoid reading social media on stuff like this, its just an amplifier for bigots on all sides. Just use common sense, avoid potential dangerous situation where you can, rather than try to score political points against the police.
  8. Small boats are relatively new. Prior to this people were smuggled on lorries etc but this has now been effectively stopped, hence people taking more desperate measures. It's an issue, but 97% of immigration is legal and directly under our control, so not much of an issue really. I guess if you live in Kent it probably is a real concern though.
  9. I just use our nick name, Poocamel.
  10. Parody account and quite funny, but what I want to know is - who the fuck is Arthur Wait? This lad apparently, definitely nothing dodgy about him, sure he's never been involved in any construction of concrete motorway supports or anything like that. Wonder if Steve Wraith knew him?
  11. Regarding the Gideon Falter story, I think the newsagents nailed it as usual. Second half of last nights podcast. https://www.globalplayer.com/podcasts/episodes/7DriN4T/
  12. Is it? I thought the plan was to crack down more on criminal smugglers, processcalims much faster so the asylum status can be established, and work with thrid countries such as France to establish ways asylum seekers can make claims without risking the cross channel dinghy route. But if you're suggesting they are somehow going to deport asylum seekers without fair assessment, then please provide a reputable link.
  13. Of course he can, and will. The policy is inhumane, ruinously expensive, will have zero efficacy, and is just totally batshit.
  14. The opposite I'd say, younger lads are most into cars. Contrary to what's been said, I don't really give a shit about cars, which is why I've had the same model for 20 years, pure familiarity so I don't have to relearn any controls. I just want something that works and gets you from A to B without breaking down. Last two cars failed on this count unfortunately. Suppose Japanese cars are the answer although they are canny ugly.
  15. A I'd say it is if you haven't got anything to put as a down payment on your next car tbh. Hopefully the technology will continue to improve and prices will drop, or I'll just have to become a bus wanker.
  16. Yeah, but that's another thing isn't it? What condition will the battery be and how much to replace that? Second hand cars have gone up loads in general too. The trade in value for mine was more than double expected 4 years ago.
  17. It's shot at ankle height though. I mean I'm no camerman - although I thought you were - but you could make Big Dan Burn look tiny from that angle surely?
  18. We're playin AC MIlan, they score to draw it level, are we happy going into Europa league or do we twist and risk getting knocked out altogether? We know what happened. Alright, alright, now I've typed it this is a shit analogy which make almost no sense BUT THE POINT STILL STANDS.
  19. This came through on youtube feed. Some Bournemouth fans rating Newcastle as an away day. Don't tell the mackems but so far we are top of the league.
  20. Just looked at the list price and "eek"! Fucking hell, not sure I'll ever be able to afford an electric car (doesn't make sense for us anywya currently as my wife currently gets free petrol, but that won't be forever).
  21. Very sorry to hear about the personal situation there Rayvin, hope it works out for you. I honestly believe movement between countries will be one of the first things to improve after the election. Not full FoM maybe, but something to make your situation more bearable hopefully. It will be more than you'd get under the tories, for sure. I found the timing of Van der Lyen's "offer" odd, but it will still be on the table I reckon after a GE when it will be taken up. Although even a young one like you must be in his 30s now? Anyway, you're doing the right thing I guess, sticlking to your principles. Because as you say, on an individual level it will make no difference and you don't need to compromise yourself. Me, well, I've realised I need to compromise my ideals all the time now. Like I know my job is now to the benefit of Pharma but unfortunately to the detriment of the NHS. I mean, I can try to justify myself by saying I'm championing individual patient groups but in the end, I know this is just a smoke screen and my advocacy for Pharma companies is about transferring UK tax money to share holders. And even at an individual level, this makes real a difference. If I'm honest, there are similar issues with NUFC and PIF. Which is why for my own sanity I shrug my shoulders and do the best I can within the confines of the World I live in. I suspect most of us on here are on a similar boat.
  22. Also the flag colours are fabulous.
  23. Completely understandible. I'm just trying to gauge whether these ideas society is becoming more anti-semitic are true. From my perspective, which is based on fuck all admittedly, I don't think the large majority of society are anti-semitic, and I still think Judaism is perhaps generally perceived more favourably than Islam. To that end, I am wondering if what we are experiencing is an extension of the Judeo-Islam antipathy playing out in the UK, essentially imported, rather than something more fundamental happening in society, as seems to be implied. I also feel most people can seperate the religious and cultural aspects from the political (zionism). Well, people I know anyway.
