I might well be wrong but I don't think there is a difference between the two. Both are irrational fears, usually triggered by unpleasent memories (sometimes subconciuos) of past events, which manifest themselves as physical symptoms. Mind, I'm inclined to take a lot of psychology with a large pinch of salt.
