I doubt they'll be out in that period. So are you only advocating the death penalty when people are caught on film, out of interest? There's absolutely no way there could be a case of mistaken identity, or there is some mitigating circumastance you don't know about (e.g. it wasn't random)? If you are prepared to kill people, do you think the burden of evidence should be even stronger? Do you think this would lead to an increased risk of acquittal? Do you accept that before people are killed they need to have a lot of rights to appeal and this would actually be very expensive?
