1. Definitely 'got a tile off' (i.e. a nutter) as me Mam says. 52238 He'll never be happy. After winning the Cl in 1999, he said he hated his team mates celebrating because he was already thinking about the next challenge. Complete tosser tbh.
2. Wouldn't want him anyway. Miles past his best, and he has a very disruptive temperment. Actually, he is probably a psychopath (not all of these are mass murderers).
3. Being that well travelled you'd think you'd know the Canary Islands aren't in the Pacific 52203 I'm finding it hard to believe that living in Minnesota is preferable to the Algarve tbh.

Twats Amnesty

Beyond a reasonable doubt? Yes. There's too many similarities. He's also gone very quiet since and never defended himself on it, which is most unlike him. 52218 It's a shame then, because some of AF's posts were quite amusing. Seriously, I think he might be a bit deranged.
5. You cooked a salad? 52216 Isn't a Glasgow salad chips?

Twats Amnesty

Whole heartedly agree with the twat bit, struggling with the amnesty bit. I think you can just call him AF, by the way. 52212 Is it certain they are one and the same? If so, it proves the the bloke either needs help, or he is the twattiest twat there ever was in the whole of Twatsville.

Twats Amnesty

And for posters on this board, it must be indisputable that the award goes to bez. Twats of the past must include Ross Gurko (aka Dubya).

Blunkett Resigns

What does the 'B' in RNIB stand for then? 51954 Good point. They need to change the abbreviation to RNIVI. After all, we don't have the Spastic soceity any more! 51956 Are 'visually impaired' / blind people against the term blind like? I know deaf people generally speaking have no problem with being called deaf (went on a 'Deaf Awareness' Course as the lass I used to work with was deaf). 51962 I don't think so. I had a friend who was completely blind who insisted on using the word blind rather than the more PC terminology. And for the record Blunkett is a twat, and that has nothing to do with his eyesight.

Tskkk. Visually impaired please.
11. Have been thinking for a couple of weeks now that had it not been for Chewsee's billionaire, this season could well have been one of the best for years. 51167 Aside from the title, which is already Chelsea's this will possibly be the hardest season ever to predict who will finish where. Though their is still the likelyhood that manu/arse will scrape their way into the top 4 as ususal, but if ever there was a season when they mightn't this is it. The problem that is spoiling it from being a great, open and exciting season is that by and large there is some shite fotball being played, far too many dull, negative teams and tactics. 51170 I agree with that last part, however I do find it amazing that people were only weeks ago blaming Chelsea for that. 28 goals scored, the Premiership top scorer in their team, 14 goals seen in their last 3 league games. It's not Chelsea's fault that the Premiership isn't as good anymore. 51176 Actually, it is partly their fault. They have bought the best players and caused inflation of transfer fees at a time when they were coming down. 51190 Wouldn't you say buying the best players is partly the aim of football? 51213 I just don't think it's a coincidence the EPL has turned crap since Abromovic came on the scene, that's all.
12. That shouldnt be funny cos she's done nowt wrong at all, but part of me is inclined to agree. 51194 I know, I wasn't joking. Imagine if you found out about the Munroe transfer and washing the dog when you were 14!
13. Ban her for her own sake tbh.

15. In all honesty, some of the threads on here are completely inappropriate for a 14 year old girl. Quite worrying really. Is there any way you can age bar people?
16. Good shout. Smith would be an excellent partner for Owen; suit each other perfectly. 51163 How much would he cost? I reckon we are going to be completely skint tbh.
17. Ex smoker eh? Wondered why you are vitriolic on the subject. You can dispute Forest's figures if you like, the fact is though, they are there and there is nothing to contradict them other than hearsay that "ooooh, the revenue generated is nowhere near what it costs". Which, without figures, is merely "wild speculation". 51153 Vitriolic? What are you talking about. You can trust unsourced figures from a pro-smoking lobby if you like, I would prefer sourced figures from an impartial source. But I know they don't add up. £1.5 billion to treat all the cardiovascular diseases and cancers caused by smoking? I don't think so. That's only £25 per capita.
18. OK, I concede he has quite a selfish attitude, but then again you could say the same thing about half our squad. But its all history now as far as I'm concerned so I will now shut up about it.
19. Jesus wept. I suppose this would also explain our shit away record too?
20. I just can't agree with that. The article in question was written about a week before the Sporting game, but published by the paper in order to create maximum impact - hardly Robert's fault. And whilst the timing was questionable, not a word he said was untrue. And contrary to what you say, I recall he did mention his own poor form as well, and I don't recall on him blaming anyone else apart for Souness (in a tacit way). Big deal, a better manager would have risen above it, but not Souness, who let the situation explode to our detriment. Just like this story, which is really a no-story, I can't help feeling some fans are seizing on these things because they dislike Robert as a player so much. Why, I don't know. I know the facts and they tell their own story.
21. I don't recall those threads on here NJS. Ans I'm not particularly interested by the opinion of one Pompey fan who posts on a Sunderland messageboard. Robert probably does have an attitude problem. But then so does Dyer - remember, the player most responsible for Robson's dismissal? You could also argue Shearer has an attitude problem - he didn't take kindly to getting subbed. I'll base my opinions on Robert by the facts, not idle tittle tattle expressed by some on here. Our most productive midfielder, and a player linstrumental in getting us to 4th/3rd in the prem, despite wierd protestations we were somehow punching above our weight. And are we better now without him? Not in my opinion.
22. I think they are committed to the rest of his contract. They got a bargain too, I wouldn't worry about them.
23. So. We know he's tempermental, that really doesn't bother me. Storm in a teacup! 50934 I'm sure you'd have a totally different opinion if it had been Kieron Dyer, but don't let that little detail cloud things, eh...? 51017 Funnily enough, I was going to cite the fact that Kieron Dyer is still at the club to back up my argument there Craig. Why are people so obsessed with what Robert does at a different club (and never did to us, to my knowledge), when Dyer who is at our club has done far worse? Never mind.
24. I dont think any smoker would actively dispute that smoking is a terrible habit and a killer, yes its killing me but so is alcohol to halve the people on this board. The difference between smoking and alcohol is that smoking can help to kill others as well, those that dont smoke and never have done. What I would always argue against is that, by having a habit that isnt illegal and which does pump huge amounts of revenue into the government then smokers shouldnt be classed as second class citizens and warrant people saying they dont deserve health care. If it was illegal then that argument could hold some weight however it isnt. 50969 I don't think anyone is saying that, I'm certainly not. I agree with your post completely. Actually, I used to smoke myself, albeit very lightly, so I'm not going to be a hypocrite. Now the thought of smoking cigarette actually makes me want to vomit. And I hate the smell I get on my clothes after a night in a pub: fortunately I think that will be a thing of the past soon.
