Should really want Everton to win this but I can't bring myself to want them to, despite it being Spurs.

Staydeium of blight Stay classy MLFs. Obviously abusing players' families wasn't enough, time now to start on kids.

Looks like he has a similar style to Foden Hmmm, I'd say his hairstyle is a cross between Foden's and Haalands. Friday afternoon is dragging.

Yes, I am a manchild.

Think mine was a sigmoidoscopy so you cleaned yourself out with an enema in the shower, alas not a champagne one. I don't remember any gas or owt like that either. I'm due a full colonoscopy now like. Really the NHS should have picked this up and be nagging me but that doesn't really happen any more, like a lot of NHS activity.

What's it all about, Alfie? No wiki page. Tried to find out more about him and this is all I got.

I don't want superstars tomorrow, I want superstars now.

Not 'til the end. So go on, other than him looking like an extra from Trainspotting, what's the craic with this lad? Is he first team ready?

Basically, he's just telling a farmer he knows more about farming than he does. Two obvious mistruths there as well. The US might be the the biggest single country we trade with, but it is tiny compared with the EU. It's irrelevant it's not a country. And trade has not increased with the EU since Brexit, by volume it's decreased. By value it's risen a bit because of inflation. Volume is the important metric here. Lying cunt.

I have half a dozen things on repeat prescription. Nothing too serious, but some is medication for my ulcerative colitis and gout, so these could potentially flare. Supposed to take 2 days from me ordering on the app to getting delivered at the local Boots, worked fine before Brexit. My last order was 10 days ago and they still haven't got the drugs. Some items just stopped completely after Brexit, you can't source them any more. And yeah, this is apparently set to get worse now as the EEA has decided to bulk buy hundreds of drugs whilst we play second fiddle as we don't have the purchasing power. Think about my situation times several million. Think about how many people will get ill as a result of not having their preventative drugs. Think about the knock on effect on hospitals and the NHS. The truth is, the impact of Brexit has been massively underestimated, not that anybody wants to measure the effects any more.

Aye, I shop there, usually saturday mornings. I was there last saturday about 11.30am, I know working in a supermarket previously this is the time when you should have peak stock, and the entire right side as you walk to the windows was empty. But it's like nobody notices any more. It's going to get a lot worse after April apparently.

Well, well, well. Because of @ewerk, we're now having to put "Not for EU" stickers on all fresh foodstuffs throughout the UK, which will cost us and be a constant reminder to me of what a fuck up Brexit has been. Meanwhile I bet he's still getting his chorizo smuggled through the republic. Thanks ewerk. https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2024/feb/01/post-brexit-food-labelling-rules-to-appease-dup-will-lead-to-higher-prices-says-industry

Rees-Mogg, invites a farmer onto his GBeebies show, is schooled, acts like a complete prick. Nothing new, although it never ceases to amze me the level of arrogance these pricks pick up at Eton.

Yeah, you made an obvious joke. But Nefilim, who acknowledged it was a joke, used it as segway to lie about assisted dying in Canada. Which is is maybe crass, which of course is not the way we do things on this fine board , but is also fucking moronic. No doubt its all part of the plan of the NWO I've been hearing about since the 80s.

Next stage is for him to get TWO cameras up his arse and one in his japs eye at the same time. Respect.

You see, I found that an interesting article - so thanks for that - but your interpretation of it, "being reccomended to the elderly in favor of simple medical procedures" was not representative of what was written in it at all. That's before we even mention the crassness of comparing voluntary euthanasia with a psychopathic mass murderer. That's the problem with you conspiracy nuts, you are completely incapable of objective thought, and because of this, you are easily manipulated. Ironically, you really are the sheeple.

I've had a DRE, it was okay apart from the embarassment factor. Colonscopy was much, much worse. Fortunately I've never had an endoscopy which sounds horrendous.

I work with a lot of Europeans nowadays, German, French, Poles, Baltic countries, and one Russian. Obvs I make them speak the universal babel fish language of English. We've had discussions about expressions and sayings in people's native languages a few times, it's fascinating how these vary slightly but you can always work out what they mean.

The official reason the SMB admin have stated why NUFC match threads are pulled and hidden is that they don't want the opinions of the posters to impact their revenue streams (you'll notice that unlike here on the SMB you are subject to targetted ads). Considering 99.9% of these posts are from mackems being offensive to arabic people, that tells me that they must be indirectly profitting from Saudi which is ironic. But of course, that does not explain why the threads are only pulled if we win. The truth is, the SMB admin are embarassed by their own members, including some of the mods.

It was pulled in seconds of the whistle. Ones we lose are just left. They are transparently tragic man.

It's the only thing which would make sense but he'd need to win a seat first. He still wouldn't win a GE and I couldn't think of a worse choice for leader of the opposition - for him financially too - so it's a non-starter imo.

I wonder how this would compare with say 20 years ago? Traditionally people have always drifted to the right as they have acquired capital and sought to protect it. But now, millenial generations onwards, people are taxed so much more and have difficulty getting on the property ladder etc, so this movement just isn't happening any more. Factor in what a complete disaster the tories have been for business and why would anyone of working age vote for them? I don't really get why the over 70s are so far right either. Yes, they have wealth which they wrongly perceive the tories will protect, but they are also major users of the NHS and social care which are in tatters. Otoh, they've done well out of state pensions and for some reason they are all massive racists (my mum included unfortunately).
