  1. Well there's a fair bit of evidence for that anyway
  2. Also, did you see Darren Bent interviewed on the BBC? He came across pretty well and was going on about how sad it was about what happened at the club, particularly seeing members of staff he knew from his time there and how they could lose their jobs. He also said he wouldn't have celebrated were it not for the abuse he got when he came on as sub. I suspect he was just being polite tbh
  3. The interest in our match last night as well in general, man. You'd think there was nowt going on at their club
  4. I'm at the stage now where I don't even think I'd be that disappointed because of the very real possibility of that too
  5. If he does want to sell and assuming he's only had 30 cans of Skol in the preceding 24 hours then surely he'll realise that he's unlikely to see the club in a better state on and off the pitch as long as he's owner. With that in mind it really is the perfect time to sell and there's still only one interested bidder
  6. In relation to Moyes, you'd have to say he's got a better pedigree than virtually anyone they've had since Reid (who's obviously done fuck all since but did a good job for them and Man City). But the fans couldn't wait to get rid of him completely taking their eye off the bigger picture. If he was still there now he'd probably be getting dog's abuse if they didn't at least make the play-offs. I agree with Rayvin in that with a better atmosphere at home and they'd probably have stayed in any case but Moyes is a better manager based on what he's done in the past than either Coleman or Grayson and I think they'd still be in the Championship if he was still their manager. Blaming him for all the ills at the club (which in fairness the OP is being called out on even on the first page) is absolutely stupid.
  7. Aye, I like him anyway but he's usually realistic about SAFC as well
  8. Tbf, they didn't want to get behind the team and back their manager because that's what those vulgar Mags do
  9. Well it's odd (assuming the story has come from his team) that she's gone from a time waster who he wouldn't do business with to someone who needs to increase her offer.
  10. If he wants to sell and there's no other buyers interested it doesn't really change things much. Fuck knows what his motives are though
  11. I just hope they keep blaming all the wrong people and repeating their mistakes.
  12. Tidied, unlike the minge in question
  13. Doesn't really make sense given when the opposite was true he was happy to keep the club. Although very little of his tenure as owner makes sense.
  14. I'm pleased they pointed out that £380M - £400M is significantly more than £300M.
  15. Don't know if people remember but in the wake of the Jimmy Savile stuff David Icke started coming out with patter like "I've been telling people for as long as I can remember about Jimmy Savile". Some journalists even reported it as fact at the time (erm, you might want to do a bit of research rather than take David fucking Icke at his word ). However, on youtube there isn't a single example of Icke mentioning Savile prior to Savile's death. Also, he used to have that 'LIST OF FAMOUS SATANISTS, PAEDOPHILES, AND MIND CONTROLLERS' appearing on his website. Funnily enough, not a single mention of Savile. Whatever else you think of Icke, it takes a special kind of cunt to use the Savile carry on to raise your profile on the back of a pack of lies.
  16. The United ice hockey team
  17. You honestly think someone of her ilk is that thin-skinned?
  18. But even if it was the other way round 6 in a row wouldn't bother them if they were in the top flight and we'd just gone down to the third tier. The fucking irony of them cliaming it's the greatest thing that's ever happened to us as well
  19. Was reading the thread on there about 'Mags in the ground'. One says they hope they got chinned by the Burton fans (except they didn't, because Burton have no reason to hate us and seem to have been loving it) then another says he was brave staying in the away end until another points out there's footage on twitter of the same bloke singing Newcastle songs outside the ground. I think all the hoolie stuff is pathetic but it's fucking hilarious how there's barely a thread on there without a few of them piping up about how much damage they'd have done if they'd been there why x, y or z happened then there's a Newcastle fan at the game, ripping the piss then doing the same outside the ground on the day they get relegated to the third tier and absolutely nowt happened to him
