Eddie's, don't doubt the Dubs, NUFC v Wolverhampton Wanderers
Dr Gloom replied to sammynb's topic in Newcastle Forum
100% He’s been Mr consistent. Always fit, always running, always prepare to chase and press, always makes himself available for the ball. And he’s backing it up with goals and assists. Great to see after a poor first few months -

we’ve missed him so much. get in man. Lovely long ball along the ground into the corridor of uncertainty from Murphy. He’s been close with a couple of those already -

Classic counter. Really smart by Gordon to hold it up and wait for Bruno to make the supporting run -

He rested him against Arsenal. I thought he might again after he played the whole Blackburn game plus extra time. I don’t even think it has to be a case of dropping him. Burn will be in useful at left back in some games. Tino in others. Rotation makes sense depending on the opposition. If you’re Neto, who would you rather be running at today? -

i'm surprised tino ins't starting aginat neto when burn played 120 mins midweek. miggy looked much brighter than murphy too when he came on. i also would have started miley over longstaff on current form -
there is nothing new in that piece.

he's looked on death's door for years now.

legend, RIP

we beat man city in one competition already this season. we can do it again
-
the one thing i really want to make this season a success for another team to win the one competition we still have an outside chance of winning - is that not obvious?
-
he's great at running around and pressing, except for when he doesn't do that. then he looks shit
-
apparently we'll want someone else to win the FA cup.

lose this and i'm starting the next match thread. that should be a warning enough for the lads to get their shit together 5-0 - ritchie with all five of them after starting the game at DM -
Blackburn Rovers v Eddie's, can Loris Karius, NUFC - FA Cup 5th Round
Dr Gloom replied to sammynb's topic in Newcastle Forum
they gave a 70 year old the face of a 30 year old but he still looks like a 70 year old trying not to fall over in that fight scene -

yeah but you know we’ll have to beat Man City away in the next round to progress -
rented, surely?
-
if we do get to the final, this is the obvious outcome. i'd rather go out to blackburn
